The "Come forward in Public, via Press Conference/Photos/Full names, etc," in order to receive Winnings," Lottery is one Lottery Rule I have always hated and wish it would be abolished. Forcing Winners to come forward in Public, via Press Conference/Photos/Full name, etc," rule is a horrible one, one that makes Lottery Winners targets. At BEST, the Lottery Winners get harrassed constantly for money. This isn't GOOD at all, it's extremely horrible, and this is the BEST. For example, a Guy who came forward in a Press Conference was begged the very next day for Cancer Treatment money. And this was only the day after he came forward. He must have been begged for much much more money. At WORST they get MURDERED, like Abraham Shakespeare who was murdered after Dee Dee Moore embezzled his last Million. WHY not just let the winners claim their money in private? I mean, they won, just give them the money without the public knowing about it...

"What's your ADDRESS?" May be the CREEPIEST question EVER asked to a Lottery Winner! O.O WTF?

At first, I found the one digit away draws kind of amusing, but now I am PISSED! 15 or 16 times I was off by just one digit in recent times!🤬 No longer find this amusing, it's making me REALLY angry now!🤬

Let's abolish New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Michigan from multi state lotteries because they have an unfair advantage.

No Fed or state taxes on winnings for ANY game!

When playing the lottery the thing that should matter the most is: Are you winning more than you spend? Good Luck!!!

Taxing winnings over $600 is not a lottery rule. Besides their measly 50% pick-3 and pick-4 payoffs are already a form of taxes.

You forgot about California, but how long will it take to get $500 million jackpots if those states aren't contributing?

No difference from mechanical ball drawings, probably even better than mechanical ones. Here in Florida with the pick-3, they do up to 7 pre-tests. If that don't put a knife to the back on patterns that could form, I don't know what will.

Yeah, no pre-tests. That's my take on what they can get rid of.

They should get rid of Federal & State taxes, because as mentioned earlier, it's already a form of a tax... as everybody knows by now, my pet peeve.! Allow bet slips to be submitted up to 3 minutes before each Game's drawing..Nationwide!

and ban pre-tests of ball machines except when first entering new machine into service..

No programmable RNG..!! ever..!

...MATH... The final Stochastic frontier...

All the best were already taken so I'll submit this: All the games appear to follow the same secret rule. The number pool shall not be evenly divisible by the pick numbers. In other words, a Pick-6 game can not have a pool of 24,30,36,42,48,56 numbers. In my opinion it would be slightly better and more fair for the players to be able to play ALL the numbers in a minimum number of lines.
