And, we both know that because we've been members here for a long time and following daily predictions have not resulted in positive ratios. You said it yourself below.

If someone asks me how to win, the first thing I'll say is: Over time 99% of pick-3 and pick-4 players will lose because the payouts are less than 50 cents on the dollar. The are 1000 possible three digit combos and players collect $500 for a $1 straight hit on any one of them. An actual "win" is $499 because the lottery keeps the buck you spent on the ticket.

You said you're an "expert" so I didn't think is was necessary to say "effect the next random drawing".

Without any successful predictions how are we suppose to know if anyone is an expert?

I can go to the local cashing agent, get several high amount "already paid" scratch-offs, post them here and pretend I won thousands of dollars. And the only thing I'd prove is that I'm an expert at trying to fool people. I've hit 22% of the 340,000 All-or-Nothing predictions I made with only a 47.25% prize ratio. At best, I can claim bragging rights because I'm averaging the "overall chances of winning something" and "winning" about what I should be after deducting the house edge.

Doesn't a random drawings produce random data? An expert can get the same data by calculating probability plus or minus standard deviation.

Nope but we had a "one off" betting option. The key words are "betting option" because just like with "fireball", neither has any effect on the three digit drawing. Both PB and MM offer secondary prize multipliers betting options that have zero effect on the actual drawing. If you played 246 straight for $1, how exactly did the fireball 9 effect your bet and/or chances of winning?

If you're really an expert, you ought to know how calculate things like the house edge and probability. Hint: the house edge is the difference between what a bet should pay based on the odds and what the house pays.

Dr San mentioned looking for patterns several time without ever identifying any. I'll be ecstatic if you can give an example of just one pattern to look for.

The last time I looked there were 15 laws of Physics and to my knowledge none have changed. We still can't mix water and oil.

As long as it remains at ten digits 0 to 9, in the next five pick-3 drawings, one to five of those digits will be drawn in the first drawing position. And if the drawing is truly random, how could anyone predict whether one digit will be drawn all five drawings, five different digits, or any combination of less than 4 digits?

If one would take the time to go back and read all of Britwill's post ,he has already explained his method. But that would give you something to work on and maybe see the light as he has.Do some home work it will make you proud.

Although they're related, I choose to study the frequency of the picks, not their probability.

Look for the past patterns they come and go. use a past calendar +/- 10 draws from begging of each and every current new month. use 1,2,3 and 4 years back max.

This is my system.

If i keep taking the same actions, same results occur.

Unfortunately it is not a consistent winning system and i only paper play. The instructions were already given.

If i keep taking the same actions, same results occur.

I am currently taking a break from all things related to the Lottery. I check in to the Discussion Forum to see what’s happening at LP; but I have stopped building Lottery Tools. The main reason is the amount of time that it takes to dig into the data and set up an Excel Workbook and a part time job that has grown despite the pandemic. The 4-6 hours a day that used to be Lottery is now 6-8 hours a day doing Land Surveying.

I “retired” in 2015. I began studying the Lottery at that time. I began with California Fantasy 5. I built a complete history of the Game expressed in codes derived from a long list of Filters. Codes for a 5 Draw Game are a 5-digit series of the Filter Value Options for each position and a Summary code that counts the Values in each draw. The Tool is set up to allow me to play any Filter Value in any position and produces all possible combinations that match. For example, I could play the Odd/Even code in positions 1 and 4 together with a Low-Medium-High (I call this Thirds) in positions 3 and 5 with a 5^th Value in position 2, Or I can combine codes and play an Odd-Low in position 1 etc. These are a few of the “Fixed” Filters (meaning they do not change the Inventory associated with the Filter Values or Series. Other Fixed Filter options such “is it a Fibonacci Number” (0=No, 1=Yes), First Digit (0,1,2,3), Last Digit, Sums (net and root). Plus, several more.

Another set of Filters derived from Skips and Frequency are available. I’ve got about every filter that you can think of (many found here on LP) built into a set of workbooks that lets me look at time graphs for filter values by position and series values, make selections (based on a guess) and look at the output of combinations that pass thru the filters. Each Filter can be set to include or exclude the numbers matching the Value Guess.

I know that there are several members that have a similar Process. I have explained this process many times as it has evolved from 2015. I have often commented that it was the Excel Challenge that drove my pursuit and that I rarely play the game. I will admit now that it is the Game that I want to Win. The Fact is that my Tool is complete and has been for several months. All I have to do is update the draws and it is ready to go. I also have the same Tool for Pick 3 and Pick 4.

Another reason for the Break is that no matter how tight the tool is, it still comes down to a Guess. To get to a Playable Inventory, it takes at least 2 different Filter Values guesses for each Position and 1 or 2 Series Guesses.

You see that word “Guess”? So far it is nothing but a feeling and wrong more than right. I am admitting that I do not use what Stats calls Probability Math. I have managed to get past the Conspiracy Stuff enough to be interested in what Stats has to say, if he would explain himself. So, if the answer is right in front of those that will see, when I get back at this, I am going to study Probability and more particularly Likelihood. Seems to me that these codes can be looked at in this way and hopefully produces more winners.

There are several experts here on LP. One thing that you will notice is that many of these experts began their LP Experience trying to help others. You have to look past the Loafers that only say “Can You do my State”? These folks just want help. When you do put something up to help, you get a few members that just want to take and not give anything in return. With a complicated system you end up spending all of your time on “Customer Service”. Eventually you stop trying to help everyone and if you are lucky find someone to work with privately that adds value to your process.
