  Not to interrupt or anything, but people do hit everyday, but they also don't talk about how much they spend in order to get that hit. You're right in thinking about pick4. It's really the only way to get all of your money back. Pick 2, pick 3, will never do that. That's what the boxes are for. To keep you catching up. Also, lottery has hundreds of stores across each state. Looking at their daily balance sheets, they don't have that many winners in each store. Maybe they have 3,000 transactions daily, and less than 20 winners total in an average random store. The lotto is making money, big time. Yeah I mean scream if you get the jackpot, but otherwise you're just dealing with hope. One minute you're up, next minute you're down. Not preaching anything, but old sayings are still true. So be wise with your money, and good luck to you.

  Holding onto one number for 2 months will still pay off if it comes. Many of the systems here can provide clues. But cost vs profit still has to be considered, as with anything to do with transactions. I've seen people pay 600 dollars at once on a jackpot game only to get 3 dollars back. I've seen people completely take over a machine in a busy store with a thousand in cash for one jackpot game. And they didn't win a jackpot. It's just the mindset.

  I just started looking at something that showed 10 hits in the win4 in the last 17 days. Which obviously sounds great on the outside, right. 3 of the 10 winning numbers were straights too. It involves something I learned about here called 'vtracs'. Problem is, the pool for each draw involves 80 numbers. Multiply that by two per day, and exponentially at that for 17 days, not even 3 straights in 17 days would've bailed me out of that hole. I mean, it's unbelievable you know. But it's just the way it is. Sure, vtracs reduce the numbers to track but you have to double your bet every time you play, because 1 number equals 2 different numbers in vtracs. So it was interesting and nice to look at, but it's not pragmatic. At all. 

  One system I learned a long time ago, that's easy and you did mention doubles ok, take a number that's been out, hasn't shown in at least a few days, I pick 7 draws, you pick whatever you want, maybe 8. Anyways, look for that number that's cold. And play that as a double. It happens. Often. There's a quick easy old doubles trick. Turn that catch up around, you know, hehe. Shoot play it with a hot or current number, you know. But, in full transparency, I used this often with pick3.
