The last time I was this fascinated by someone's brilliant finding was when Astrologer Eileen Grimes told me via reading her book "Titanic Astrology", that she found the Titanic Star Signature to be that of the 19th to 26th degree of all the Cardinal signs---Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Meaning that everyone involved in the ship from its design, building and voyage including passengers and crew---had a planet placed at birth in a Cardinal sign that was between 19 and 26 degrees of a cardinal sign.
When you understand that all the planets have their own orbital speed in which they go round the Sun---this is something that is very fascinating to see come to fruit in peoples chart---especially, from the faster moving planets.
anyway,
I wrote to tell Eilene Grimes that while at a Titanic exhibit in Denver, Colorado where I purchased her book, I was able to put my finger through a hole in a showcase to touch a piece of Titanics' hull that was brought up from the ocean floor. I made note of the exact time I touched the hull. Which btw, was after standing on a long line for the tour to progress. Later in day when I arrived home I ran a chart for the time I touched the hull only to find that Libra was rising at 20 degrees---the very same degree my Mercury at birth measures--20 degrees Libra. My own wandering star was part of the Titanic Star Sign Signature. How cool is that?
Mercury rules the hand and fingers. To see how marvelous this timing is, it helps to know that over a 24 hour period all twelve zodiac signs will take about 2 hours to pass all of its 30 degrees over the most east point of the Horizon or what is known as the Rising or Ascendant.

I checked your 0 3 6 against my Ohio records for both Midday and Evening draws--from the beginning of 2022 to the present. Its alarming accurate.
I wanted to take a moment to Thank you for sharing this information, and to tell you its working. I did not check your list of numbers but will take note of them---yet, its the 0 3 6 that stood out to me, and I don't think I'll ever forget it. This must of been a real effort to nail down, so BRAVO! I really think its going to help me better choose a range of numbers from my own BOX HIT strategy I use and share with my clients who like to gamble.
If you haven't already you should read up on the 3 6 9 mystery---its part of Tesla's work---but moreover, these numbers can never ever separate from each other---you'll notice how the 9 follows each of them at least here in OHIO. I got this idea earlier when I first read your idea, but wasn't able to get back here to write at length. Anyway, let me explain what I think ab out your 0 3 6.
It's the pick 3 game, right? with 3 numbers ---the ancients give the number 3 to Jupiter, who has a 12 year orbit around the Sun. 12 is 1+2=3. Of course the 3 is a part of 6, because 3 + 3 =6. The 6 is Venus, money. Now, I gave some thought to the zero 0--which the ancients give rulership over to Pluto---power. The zero in your mix actually holds a spot in the 3 digits but allows for the 3 and the 6 to add up to 9, the other number in the 369 mystery. You said one of these numbers, 0 3 6 will show up no longer than 3 days. Again, Bravo and a Brilliant observation. I think this will help a lot of people make some better picks for their money. Like the planets the Numbers too are like Wheels within Wheels---cycles.
In regards to this 369 mystery I just recently published a blog post about NBA Basketball player Stephen Curry. Born on PI 3.14---and how I believe he is probably the 369 mystery in physical form. So many aspects in his birth chart also have the numbers 3, 6 and 9 in his life and his sport stats.
I saw this post the other day, but waited til I have time to properly look at my records and write back you at length. Below are my records for Ohio numbers from January 2022 thru to April 2022. Thought I'd make it easier for others to quickly take note of your 0 3 6 theory against the Ohio draw game.

Simply add 3 to each digit. 2+3=5 and 3+3=6. You then have 56. That's flipping. Flip Scale - 0=3 1=4 2=5 3=6 4=7 5=8 6=9 7=0 8=1 9=2

Simply add 3 to each digit. 2+3=5 and 3+3=6. You then have 56. That's flipping. Flip Scale - 0=3 1=4 2=5 3=6 4=7 5=8 6=9 7=0 8=1 9=2
