I posted the 81x pair in my other thread but I forgot to post in here.
Special Positions B is an old strategy. I consider keeping anything in any classification (sums, pairs, digits, and of course, positions) that is 7 times late (7x late). Each of the 10 digits in each of the 3 positions is expected to be drawn every 10 drawings. When a digit isn't drawn in one of the three positions within 10 drawings it is 1x late. When a digit isn't drawn in one of the three positions within 70 drawings it is 7x late. I apply this to all classifications. I say again; anything in any classification that 7x late is likely getting played to help reduce the number of combos. 7x late is kind of like a sweet spot. It's a good place to start tracking whatever classification you're predicting.
