Not sure I'm following you because our minds can use order in creating random events. Get a deck of cards and take out all the Kings, Queens, and Jacks. Separate the remaining cards into suits and make three piles. Shuffle up each pile and draw one card from each pile and you'll create a random three digit number.

Though I do agree if you ask someone to give you a three digit number, it's probably not random even if they picture in their mind a live ball drawing and tell you what results they saw. The trick is doing something that is almost impossible and that's creating a random event matching a lottery's random drawing. By chance our three digit playing card random event will match the lottery's once ever 1000 drawings, but that pesky 50 cents on the dollar payout makes showing a profit very difficult.

as for prime and non-prime digits,
for the 1st digit of pick3 we have
primes for the 1st digit= 2,3,5,7 and non-primes=0,1,4,6 that is the digit 8,9 when referring to the 120 increasing digits 8,9 are part of the 2nd and 3rd digits, predict the 1st digit of pick3 only need 8 digits so

challenge, for pick3, only work, to predict the 1st digit, from pick3 of the digits from 0 to 7 that is 8.9 digits the digits 8.9 do not enter the 1st digit when in ascending order (120) so all sorts of analyze and filters etc. to only predict one digit the 1st digit of pick3.if you know the 1st digit from 0 to 7 if you are right you will be in if you are wrong you will be out

For Ohio's Pick 3 game, I think repeating numbers for each game occurs more around above 50% of the time when looking at the game on a month to month basis. Below are the draw results for December 2021. Each days game is recorded side by side. In Ohio, You'll notice that REPEATING NUMBERS show up more in the Evening Game, and if I average the lowest count in the Midday Game which is 193 in 2014 it averages out to 16 times a month. And the lowest in the Evening Game 184 in 2020 it averages out to 15 times a month. So, I believe the percentage for REPEATING NUMBERS, in Ohio is somewhere slightly above 50%.

I like using repeating numbers to wager.

So far in Ohio for July we started off the 1 repeating for 1 day, than the 3 pick up repeating for 4 days, then we skipped July 6 and 7 from repeaters, to have the 9 repeating for 2 days, and now the Zero has repeated 1 day so far.

Could the Zero show up again tonight? Of course she can. I figure why not play 063 and wager that June 11th will again be a NO SHARE day, in that no number that came out in the midday day, in this case 419, will show up tonight---so I remove them from my pool of numbers. I picked the 6 an 3 because they like to follow a Zero. So lets see what happens.
