I will pay you 5K for information on a stolen draw ticket. First thing that comes to mind is, it has to be a scam. It's not, I have better things to do, and so do you. After my Lottery ticket was stolen on June 7/2017 1:02pm At Old Town Market 405 E. Clark Ave. Orcutt Ca. 93455 I could never imagine the amount of lies and total disregard for the Law I would be facing. What I'm looking to find is the date my ticket won. I bought the ticket at Orcutt Liquor and Deli. (today it's just Orcutt Liquor) 105 E. Clark Ave. Orcutt Ca. 93455 The Draw ticket was a single play QP bought before 12:00pm on a weekday. The girl that sold me the ticket only worked weekdays until 12:00pm. This draw ticket was a Fantasy 5, with a small chance of being Mega Millions. It was bought the first two weeks in May 2017. I looked at the Wayback machine and found every old winning ticket result up to the first two weeks in may of 2017 For some mysterious reason only the time I needed had been deleted. It had said "may have been removed by host," who is the host? The Ca State Lottery. They know this information will be like a car slamming into a wall when it gets out. After all the lies I had to listen too, It's burn baby burn. The Two missing weeks can be found in like a cache or somewhere else. Maybe in the dark web? Not being as computer literate as I wish I was, I can't find this info. The wayback has cache pages, I just don't know how to find them. I did find nine other internet or web archives. The wayback machine had everything on all the other games played, with the store info. and amount except the first two weeks in may 2017. So if you know computers or know how to find this info. How do I report California Lottery Fraud?

Call the Lottery's Security & Law Enforcement Division toll-free at 1-800-LOTTERY (1-800-568-8379) and provide:

Retailer's name, ID number and/or address.

Date and time of the incident.

Description of the incident.

The lesson I learned is if you have a winning ticket, never take it to the place where you bought the ticket. Take it to the Lotto Office. The store workers will steal the ticket.

The date your ticket won is simply a matter of checking the ticket against the lottery results. You don't need a wayback machine fo that.

The rest is nonsense.
Doesn't matter where you bought it, or who sold it to you. And her work schedule leaves the impression you had more interest in her than buying a ticket.

Claiming a win and don't even know what game you think you won?
You don't know what happened to the ticket?
Do you know the numbers on the ticket?
Did you cash it?
Was it stolen? In which case you are out of luck since lottery tickets are bearer instruments.

The whole idea that "I had a winning ticket that won 5 years ago and I'm trying to find it" is flimsy? whimsical? weird? a losing proposition?

For all we know, your clerk friend won, left her job, and you're trying to track her down for some nefarious purpose.

If a private investigator (or the courts) won't hear/take your case, you don't have one.

They don't even know if a jackpot was won or if the any ticket bought at the same store for the same date was cashed for even a free ticket. Their ship sailed in January 2018.

You don't know what you are talking about. I have the evidence and the Lottery knows this. That is why the Lottery refused to accept any evidence from me, not even a witness that was 3ft away. Even the police report and my bank managers information was not accepted, that shows the exact time. The Lottery has a little rule that is hated by some, and that rule is if you can prove that was your ticket, they will pay. So your 180 days don't work in this game. This is a game i will not lose. This game don't end until i say it's ended....Watch For Me On TV. I found someone that may help. He can't accept the money, but they can accept donations where he is at. Works for me. The store did have a jack pot winning ticket sold in this two week period. This has a lot more going on than you can see.

Take your claim to your local state reps and senator. Find out what state reps are in charge of the California lottery.

I'm sure someone there will be of assistance.

I don't understand why you not getting any cooperation.

You would think the state has a record of every ticket sold from each location. How long they hold on to these is a question you might want to ask.

At first, I found the one digit away draws kind of amusing, but now I am PISSED! 15 or 16 times I was off by just one digit in recent times!🤬 No longer find this amusing, it's making me REALLY angry now!🤬

LOL, if that's the case, then it probably wasn't a winner!

The document I found has all Fantasy 5 jack pot winners from 2009 to 2022 and it does not show any winning tickets purchased from Orcutt.
