We do! We already know the lottery can tamper with draws/balls, we know they can tamper with the program that generates the winning numbers.

No need to rehash that.

What is/are the thing(s) they can't tamper with, cheat on, or change?
I can think of one major one, but there may be more.....

Pretty sure they can't change the weather. But who knows what their "mayn phraimz" are capable of.

Weather is probably a pretty good answer. The cat? I don't know. Something is wrong with his mouth. He needs to set a vet.

My answer is the matrix.

The thing we learned from Eddie Tipton is you can cheat the lottery but you still have to play numbers within the matrix.
At the same time you have to conjure a set that (you hope) no one else will play.

Of course, that thought touches on how much the lottery (or at least Eddie Tipton) knew from lottery numbers about human behavior and/or the numbers most likely to be picked by the average player.

Maybe for another day.

They never added to the size of the matrix minutes before the drawing but they changed the future size many times. The ticket price changed too. California playoffs are parimutuel and payoffs changed with every new matrix change. Powerplay and megaplier players need to read and understand the fine print on those options.

"they can't tamper with, cheat on, or change" and won't prevent players from saying how they will spend their winnings. Never read were a state lottery criticized how jackpot winners spent their money either.

Werner Heisenberg (1901-1976) is best known for his 1927 uncertainty principle, which places fundamental limitations on the accuracy of experimental measurements in quantum mechanics.

They can't change the fact that people will always play the lottery.

When playing the lottery the thing that should matter the most is: Are you winning more than you spend?

Not sure if not knowing both the position and speed of a particle, such as a photon or electron, with perfect accuracy will prevent Rebecca Hargrove from tampering with one or two TN Lottery games but I'm sure someone will accuse her of doing it.
