  To the OP:  A few reasons to want a lotto jackpot win:   (1)  To become an institutional invester (2)  To have bank employees treat you right when you walk into a bank (3)  To walk out of the bank with a suitcase full of cash (4)  To move money around willie nillie and generate a DDOS-flood of SARs (suspicious activity reports)

  Not a bad list at all. 

  I'd add to it that I'd love to be able to walk into one of "The Big Four" Private Equity firms, have them vet me, and subsequently agree to accept me as an accredited individual investor.  G5
