Let's take Cali for a moment

On the 11th, it had "056" (starts with a 0 and the increments 56)
so that's the trigger for another "0" number to come out aka 070?

Am I understand that correctly?

So I am going to share an idea that is based off Cesar's original content.

As stated, the leading "0" and two numbers that increment are a trigger
for something to happen. But there's also some extra details to watch for.

If a number leads with 0 and the number "steps down" (eg: 98) then it's
still a trigger and you will look for the next number after that. For example,
Let's say in the case of Connecticut where "054" was played. You will look
for one of 3 things to happen.

1.) You will look for the number to replay itself
2.) You will look for the 0 number to +1 and then play
3.) You will look for the lesser number to be played.

On 10/7 - Connecticut played: 054
Looking for the following: 054, 043, 154

Then Connecticut played the following:

Played: 958 on 2023-10-12
Played: 159 on 2023-10-13

I've been tracking this based on Cesar's theory and he's most certainly right.
Below is a list of states that had trigger "0"'s and their play or expected to play numbers.
This list is based on a "10 days" window of opportunity.
