I think that dude was out of Colorado if memory serves me right.
He must have hit it big and decided to call it a day. I use to be a subscriber to his YT channel and he even had his tutorial for sale in PDF format on a separate website. I followed along in its early iterations of his "system" but I stopped after a while because there were too many twists and turns before one makes a decision as to what #s to play (left my head spinning) and he only advocated straight play wagers. I'm a die hard box player primarily because of the lessor odds in addition to whether its also a single digit or double digit box play.
Single digits (ex 983) 6 way combo is too costly to play str88 here in my nick of the woods vs double digits (ex 993) 3 way str88 combo so I just manage my bank roll and choose my numbers based on probability, back testing and tracking of prior draws for what might probably hit based on the law of averaging.
You should check out Pick 3 @ A Glance on YT. He has a very credible tutorial that is somewhat similar to Noeco 317 but a bit simpler and he uses Lottery Post as a reference point when he's showing how his strategies works. He started in 2022 and has racked up over 1,000+ videos showing how it works and thus far for a paper and pencil system i would say that his gig is very trustworthy!
