OnlineI'm just curious to know how yall feel Texas. There is no better place to talk about a topic related to the Texas Pick 3 game than the Texas Pick 3 thread.

Texas made it a criminal offense to play the pick 3 game on the internet.
Do you feel it should be illegal for pick 3 players to buy tickets online through couriers? If so, why?
Now why in the world would anyone have a problem with playing the pick 3 game through a courier online? Think about whose money this would affect. I'm sure stores that sell lottery tickets are pushing for this bill to happen. Some of these lawmakers may own some of these stores.
Why is there a limit on how many pick 3 tickets we can buy? I could see if the amount we win increases over time like the big jackpot games. However, the pick 3 win amount never increases.
I do not feel it should be illegal to play the pick 3 game online through couriers. Ultimately, the state of Texas is going to benefit from all the money coming in from people who can't even go out of their house, or have a way to get to a store. I can't stand standing in line waiting on people to move out of my way so I can buy all the tickets I want.
Maybe if we had lottery stores that sold nothing but lottery tickets that would be great for pick 3 players. No lines and we could buy all the tickets we wanted with no limit. It sounds like a great experience because it will be. I'm speaking it into existence. It bothers me that these Texas lawmakers don't care about us Pick 3 players. Many of us come to lotterypost to have fun mastering the pick 3 game and we can't even play online! That's ridiculous.
We must get our money together, organize, and make results happen in our favor. We must educate these lawmakers and come to a mutually beneficial agreement.
There is nothing wrong with playing the Pick 3 lottery online through couriers. There's more than enough money in this game for everyone. The couriers make money from the players, TLC makes money from players and couriers, and the government makes money from everyone through taxes. It's a win-win for everyone involved.
They already take more than 50% of our winnings which is crazy! Why tf is that legal to be taxed so much for gambling winnings? Imagine being a business owner/Investor and having to pay half of your income to taxes. It's unfair right? So why is it ok for that to happen to pick 3 players?
I can't wait to see pick 3 predictors on tv collaborating and even competing just like any other sport such as poker. We can make enough to start our own lottery league that helps people become professional pick 3 players if that's what we want to do. We should be able to play the pick 3 in all states and countries online from wherever in the universe we want to play and buy as many tickets as we want. It's like they want us to remain losers and never become highly talented/skilled predictors who develop winning strategies so great that we can't help but win more than we lose regularly. LEGALIZE OUR ABILITY TO PLAY ONLINE THROUGH WHOEVER AND WHERE EVER WE CHOOSE!
We spend years mastering the game. I have to be real. I don't expect you to know or care about what I'm talking about if you don't have a winning pick 3 strategy. I said what I said.
Some of us are very aware of the possibility of being able to pay our bills just from playing the pick 3. The average player will likely not care about this law probably because the average player loses more than they win. I speak for the above-average players who know d@mn well what I'm talking about. This law SB28 needs to be more specific and only apply to big jackpot games instead of all lottery games like the Pick 3. This law is hanging over our heads with no justification related to the pick 3 game and therefore must be changed.
