Been tracking Michigan Daily 3 pretty closely this week and wanted to share
what I'm seeing in case it helps anyone else with their picks.
14 draws this week, 7 midday and 7 evening. Here's the rundown.
First, the recent draws so everyone's working from the same numbers:
Apr 24 Evening: 0 7 9
Apr 24 Midday: 3 1 2
Apr 23 Evening: 7 4 6
Apr 23 Midday: 0 7 0
Apr 22 Midday: 4 5 1
Apr 22 Evening: 9 0 9
The big story this week is 0 and 9.
Both showing up 7 times out of 14 draws. That's 17% each which is
significantly above the expected 10% per digit. And both are trending
UP from last period. So they're not just hot, they're getting hotter.
Full frequency for the week:
0 - 7x -> 17%
9 - 7x -> 17%
4 - 6x -> 14%
1 - 4x -> 10%
5 - 4x -> 10%
7 - 4x -> 10%
6 - 3x -> 7%
8 - 3x -> 7%
2 - 2x -> 5%
3 - 2x -> 5%
Now here's the part that I think a lot of people miss.
Digit 4 has 6 appearances which looks hot. But compared to last period it
actually dropped by 2. It was running at 8 last period and came down to 6.
So the raw count is high but the trend is cooling. I would not chase digit 4
this week based on frequency alone.
Digit 3 is the one I'm watching most. It dropped 4 appearances vs last period.
That is the sharpest cooling I'm seeing in this data. Went from 6 last period
down to 2 this period. Significant.
Trending up this week: 9 (+2), 0 (+1), 5 (+1), 6 (+1)
Trending down this week: 3 (-4), 2 (-3), 4 (-2), 7 (-1), 8 (-1)
One thing I noticed on digit 6 - it only showed up 3 times which puts it in
the cold category, but it actually gained +1 vs last period. Could be starting
to turn. Worth keeping an eye on.
Pairs worth noting:
0-7 showed up as a front pair twice this week. Everything else was once.
In a 14 draw window that kind of repetition stands out to me. If you're
building combinations with 0, having 7 alongside it has some backing.
Pattern breakdown:
5 doubles out of 14 draws. That's 35.7%.
The math says doubles should show up about 27% of the time. We're running
almost 9 points above that this week. Triples were zero.
That changes how I'm thinking about box bets this week. Normally I lean 6-way
because all-different combinations dominate in the long run. But with doubles
running this hot right now, 3-way box is getting more of my attention this week.
Average sum this week is 13.6, up slightly from 12.7 last period. Nothing
dramatic but trending a little higher. I've been targeting combinations that
sum in the 12 to 16 range.
Rundown for Apr 24 Evening (0-7-9):
Using +1+2+3:
Row 1: 0 7 9
Row 2: 1 9 2
Row 3: 2 1 5
Row 4: 3 3 8
Row 5: 4 5 1
Row 6: 5 7 4
Row 7: 6 9 7
Row 8: 7 1 0
Row 9: 8 3 3
Row 10: 9 5 6
Using +1+1+1:
Row 1: 0 7 9
Row 2: 1 8 0
Row 3: 2 9 1
Row 4: 3 0 2
Row 5: 4 1 3
Row 6: 5 2 4
Row 7: 6 3 5
Row 8: 7 4 6
Row 9: 8 5 7
Row 10: 9 6 8
I'm cross-referencing with the hot digits (0, 9, 5, 6) to narrow down which
rows I feel good about. Anything with 0 or 9 in it is getting the most
consideration from me right now.
Quick summary of where I land heading into this week:
0 and 9 are the play. Both hot, both trending up.
3 and 2 are the ones I'm avoiding. Coldest in the data with the sharpest drops.
Doubles running hot, so 3-way box deserves a look alongside your 6-way plays.
0-7 is the front pair with the most backing this week.
One last thing - I always keep midday and evening separate when I'm analyzing.
They're independent draws. Mixing them together smooths out the signal and
you lose the positional nuance. Worth the extra time to track them separately.
What's everyone else seeing on Michigan this week? Any other patterns jumping
out at you?
