  FULLYBLESS, I'm not too sure there is a cheating state but there are plenty of people who have played and not won anything and say, " It's fixed".

  Probably is kinda. Unless you're already a millionaire, you cant buy enough tickets to have a good chance.  LOL.

  A person would have to be a multimillionaire to buy enough tickets to make sure of winning the jackpot and hope they were the only winner.

  They do not need to cheat, the house always has the edge, from cash pop to mega millions and everything in between. That being said, i live in PA and they were not an option...
