  Hello New York,
  
  My group and I are building our databases for your Pick3 and Pick4 (The Empire State Project)and we want
  a 30 day participation effort from you.That does not mean any real obligation to you,we only ask for residency
  from the individual(s) in New York.So those of you in New York,keep sending more New Yorkers online.
  As for the rest of you,the Intellecept program will get to you as more projects develop...please be patient.
