Yep 3 times! Another one hit it twice, but that might be the same guy. Both Ontario, Canada. Probably psychic, a great dowser or something like that.

Ever hear of Edgar Cayce. They called him the great American Prophet. Fantastic psychic. From Kentucky. Ran in his family. His Grandfather could make a broom dance a jig across the floor all by itself.

Nope. Sorry. But that sounds like 'urban legand'. I've read several stories about how a ugly Mel Gibson had his face almost completely removed in a very violent incident with a thug(or several thugs, don't remember). He got plastic surgury(sp?), and was made into the stud that he is today. The problem is, it never happened. He never got his face kicked in. But one fake story got repeated and became mainstream.

Nope, I don't believe it. There has been 1000s of 'psychics', but only 1 or 2 can really take credit for 'hits' if they were alive today. Orwell could probably take some credit for his 'visionary' books, but the rest are frauds. I think the 3 6/49 hits are 'urban legend'.

you are right mr. happy, psychics are frauds. did miss cleo predict the bankruptcy of the psychic friends network ? she didn't "see it" coming (lol.) skeptics have issued challenges to any and all psychics for years. a scientific challenge to "prove" whether or not they really are "psychic". the challenge is 1,000,000 dollars. you would think at least "one" of them would have "stepped up" by now. the test of a true "visionary" is 100 per cent accuracy. in the bible if someone made a prophecy and it didn't come to pass, they were stoned (not your kind of "stoned" lol) to death. lets bring that standard back so we can weed out the phonies. i hate it when people take advantage of the weak and desperate. my solution would take care of that...............v - dude

If I ever win the lottery. Even just $1 Million. I will stop playing. I mean that. People say they just can't live off of a Million, but I think you can. Sure you might not be able to be as generous with only a million, but you should be able to live decently.

But the point is, I play the lottery for two reasons. 1) To win money. 2) To accomplish the goal of winning the lottery.

The only way I'd continue to play is if I only hit the PA Cash 5 for a couple hundred thousand. ;-)

*Most*, nearly all, psychics are frauds, but there have been exceptions. Cayce was an exception. Those who tried to debunk him wound up converts. They wrote books about him, made a movie about him, created hospitals and research institutes about him and even teach about him in universities. Cayce was for real.

There can be no doubt that dowsing is a genuine psychic ability that many people have.

Imagine taking the car, computer, TV or cell phone back to the days of the Pharohs. Any technology so advanced as to be beyond belief will be seen as magic.

I dont understand ...why would it be any harder to hit the lottery again once you Hit it once...I believe that if you win the lottery your odds are still 135,000,000 to 1 that it will happen again.... lottery draws do not have odds... only people make odds....you know what they say the first million is always the hardest....

i have to admit, while i have heard of the name of edgar cayce, i do not know anything about him (i will have to hit my search button after i type his name in -lol). however, if edgar cayce was a "psychic" ( a predicter of the future)then maybe he was the best at "guessing" than anybody else, but he was no psychic. don't be fooled, i know that you are an intelligent person because i have read some of your post's in here. just because many books are written and movies are made about someone does not guarantee their credibility. you know as well as i do we could fill pages on that subject alone. lot's of books , movies, not many with credibility. remember god's standard for this type of thing (predicting the future) = 100% accuracy. he (god) was saying that it is a serious thing to step up and say what the future is because then you are in-advertantly representing him (god). ONLY GOD KNOWS THE FUTURE. sometimes he uses people to let us know what the future holds. but if they "miss" ONCE , they are immediately dismissed as a fraud and ARE NOT his "instrument". people weigh their life decisions on the predictors "prediction". and that is why god is so adament about the 100% thing. he doesn't want anybody giving someone else false hope. i will have to look into edgar cayce before i discount him. but if he has missed one time, he has discounted himself already. we will see. anymore thoughts on this?...........visiondude

it is refreshing to see someone with the attitude that the "glass is always half full , not half empty."
all things are possible......... doesn't mean it will happen but at least you open yourself up to the good things that can come your way. negativity makes a person walk around staring at the ground, ever missing oppurtunities that past by his horizon. sounds a little "schmaltzie", but you get what i mean. i am working ever so slowly on mr. happy to get his "gaze" up a little higher.......visiondude

did my research on edgar cayce. lot's of followers. but the guy was a bad "guesser" as well. remember the rule, one missed perdiction, your credibility get's booted. why would anyone who posseses even a medium amount of intelligence give credence to somone who guesses? why not go straight to the "source" and find out what the future really holds? now that makes sense. don't get in the car, drive around the block just to get to your neighbors house. but people are desperate for truth. on thier journey for truth, sometimes they "detour". anyway, that's my take on cayce. there is a $1,000,OOO prize for "any" psychic who can scientifically prove their abilities. that offer has been around a long time with NO takers. that should answer any question as to what "psychics are about - cash money. edgar cacey might have been able to pull the wool over more people than most, but he was no psychic. any comments? ......visiondude
