Win D - I did a little analysis on your Sum Chart. There are exactly 100 3-digit permutations of each column of numbers that fit under each of the sums - no more, no less. Might be interesting to do a long-term history on a 3-digit draw somewhere to find how often each sum has appeared.....

Thanks WinD, for breaking that chart down. Instead of having 27 sums you will have only sum 0 thru 9. You will have to go back at least four weeks to get your numbers charted to get a pattern started. What you are looking for are the three most overdue sums. I know for Ga this system is working. Sometime you have two of the overdue sums fall the same week. To make this system work you will have to stay focus on the three sums that are overdue. Below is a example of my chart for Ga. The numbers listed under row are the break down from WinD chart.

You are right about the permutations and each of the 10 Sums columns having 100 . For those who are new to Sums .....there are 12 Six way numbers under each column and 9 doubles and 1 triple.
So the 12 six way numbers times x 6 = 72 numbers under each column sum along with 9 three way numbers or doubles=27
72+27=99 plus the one triple = 100 under each column .

These Sums hit every year at about the rate as the normal digits. At the end of the year each Sum will have hit on average of 36 times. That's true for the games that draw 365 days a year. Each Sum will hit about 10% of the time. (now that we have an equal distribution chart)

The only thing you need to beware of is that...... Sums unlike normal digits only hit at one third of the rate as the normal digits which ofcourse hit 3 times a day. Sooooo....... time becomes distorted as far as looking for overdue Sums.

A normal digit looks overdue to all of us after not hitting for 8 or 9 days ...right? Some very overdue digits can go 16 days without a hit ...and this happens for at least one digit about once a month. I call these "Stinkers". LOL

Well, a sum isn't really over due for a long time. If a sum has not hit for around 30 days..... you have to divide by 3 ....which gives you 10 . So that's like a normal digit missing for 10 days. A Sum doesn't really become a Stinker .....until it has gone about 40 or so draws. If we divide the 40 by 3 it equals 13 .....so it's like a normal number missing for 13 days.

This is rare... and even more rare for a Sum to go 6o draws like the exampleLuckycat gave. This would be like a normal digit missing 60 / 3 =20 draws ......very rare for a Sum or a normal digit to make it past 16 draws.....much less 20! Next time anyone spots a Sum missing for 60 draws be sure to give me a call........cause that Sum will hit in just a couple of days.... if not sooner....and we will make a lot of money.LOL

Like everything else in the Pick three game ......if you see the last 6 or 7 Sums in a row were HIGH or Low .....or were all ODD or EVEN sums then you need to look toward the opposite choices.

Sums shouldn't be played just by themselves......but just another thing along with your other tools that help point you in the right direction.

If I might suggest something..... Make sure to mark the specific numbers that hit each time under each sum and the way or digit order it hit. You might not be so keen to play that particular number the next time. You can almost get away with this for 6 months before they start to come back on you. Another thing ....straights don't come back in the same order for almost a year or more......so always change the digit order sequence for at least this long.
Before anyone is tempted to point out anything about some weird example or exceptions to the rule they witnessed concerning a long time missing digit or Sum ....... please remember we are always referring to the averages. In the end.....it's all we players have to go on. Averages.

IF ONE HAD PLAYED THE SUM 13 for 30 days at $1.00 x 2=2.00dayx10 numbers=$20.00 per day x 30 days =$600. now if you went on to try 15 days more at 20.00 =$300 more
so you might have invested $900 and finaly got a box for $80.
most of the time if a number come in useing sums I saw it usualy was in BOX form.
awhile back few months ago there was instructions as how to use sums,following that is what I tested on .
you said let you know and you would win, I dont see how if makeing that many bets with no wins.
but good luck if u catch one/ as for me its a waste of time, and did not see any good results on paper.

Agreed, and well done. Re your "Stinker" chart, if you have a spreadsheet, the formula to figure the probability for any "stinker" occurring is 0.9^D, where D (an exponent) is equal to the number of days that sum has not appeared.

Hah .....Luckycat ....I agree with you that you shouldn't play Sums based on that post.
Luckycat you can't play Sums that way ofcourse. That way wouldn't make sense. You can't sit on Sums like that and make it work. Do you really think that I or any other sapient person would play the way you out lined with that example???......Geeeesssss
You said that the Sum 13 went for 60 days.... when did it finally hit? It didn't go more than 3 or 4 more days right? You were there to win when it did right? You didn't really play all of the numbers for 60 days did you? You didn't quit playing did you?
Anytime you see a Sum go for that many days ......And ......you have been keeping up with which ones already hit that year ....and ...the order that they hit .....and ....if a double was due.....and if you are already looking for.....say 2 high digits that day.......or a digit #1 that day.... or.....a digit #2 in the 3rd. position that day.....etc ...etc......etc...and any one of a hundred other things players use as tools everyday. Then their might be only two numbers out of the entire 13 Sum column that were intelligent choices to play that day. or ......not..... then you don't play that day... You can't just jump on a Sum blind like that and ride until the wheels fall off.
I assumed that no one would just say hey.....I'll start playing a sum today from day one and put money on all of the numbers without regard to any other things that are going on ......to the point of ruin? Perhaps a lot of people that use Sums and like them don't do it like that ......don't you think?If they did.... they would be about as smart as..... a bag full of hammers.

Sorry Luckycat, you are right........ I should have said ....some people should not attempt to play the Sums without some sort of supervision or without re-reading the post and paying attention to phrases like ....."Sums are just One tool"

You are missing the point. I said the three sums that have being out the longest not one sum. If you look at WinD chart you will see the sums are listed 0 thru 9. If you add the three digit numbers together under each row you will see the last digit is the same. For example. Look at the numbers under sum 0. They will add up to be 0 10 or 20 which will make this group of numbers sum 0.The three sums that have being out the longest is what you are looking for. I never said focus on one sum. Sum 13 is broken down has sum 3 on Wind chart. I don't think any state cash 3 game will go more than two weeks without sums 0 thru 9 falling. If you look at my chart you will see the sums are broken down under the subtitle row. That is what I use to find what three sums have being out the most. If you focus on those three it will shorten your range of numbers.

win d I said 60 DRAWS no I never played at all/ just paper test first and I am glad. no I think it finaly came in BOX about 50 days total. and only once
but I also tested other sums, and still found it a losers game.
of course I dont believe at that time there was specifics as you and I WISH have posted here,when I looked at it a while ago.
so perhaps I will again reread this thread and apply to it (again) on (PAPER) first. but in all essence maybe its good as a little look before actually saying a sum is good for any draw.
but again/ if you have 12 choices for any sum, just how do u play ONE I tried on paper that way too and when u chose that way, its usualy wrong..

Once you have your three sums that have being out the longest, you have to apply other methods to choose from your list. For example, look for what digits are overdue. Also you can use what pairs are due. I am a Ga player and the three sums that have being out the most are sums 2 3 and 8. By using WinD chart I will focus on the group of numbers under these three sums for the entire week. This is another tip for you. Look and see how often you get a repeat digit from the previous three draws. At least two digits will come back from the previous three draws more time than not.

I like to track Sum Totals myself and take bit of a different look that I would like to pass onto people. Besides tracking the Sums I consider which way they Sum......Odd or Even.
Even Sum Totals (0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc) will always come from either 3 Even digits (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) or the 3 digits will be 2 ODD/1 Even digit.
Odd Sum Totals (1, 3, 5, 7. 9, 11, etc) will always come from either 3 ODD digits (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) or the 3 digits will be 2 EVEN/1 Odd digit.
With the probability the numbers that play will be more 2/1 split then Even you can often rule out PURE EVEN combinations. When PURE Evens do play there is a 50/50 chance it will be a Double makeup rather then 3 different Even digits.
