  You are very much right, I have found sums to be a greater help for the pick3 than anything else, I use it together with other filters and things, but sums is the best of them all, nothing compares, at least so far, later, who knows.

  EXCALIBUR is no more that "Handle" is dead, gone.
  Maybe sometime in the future I might come back as LANTERN again, but maybe not, if I don't come back as LANTERN in the future then I won't come back at all, but as I said there is no more EXCALIBUR.

  I use them sometimes, but when a person says that they limit their draws to sums between xx to xx because most of the draws have those totals, that works but the reason is that those sums have more numbers in them!!  So, it is a little deceiving.  We all need something to use to limit the amount of tickets we have to buy, so using sums works as long as a person realizes what they are doing!!  Currently, I'm not using sums in determining the numbers I post most of the time.

  That's why I dont use Sums strictly to determine what to play.  Sometimes I might leave my Sums filter off and generate down to as few as possible that way but other times if it's clear that certain Sums wont play I filter them out.  Just have to take it on a case per case basis and why I track the facts.

  How about a Strategy that eliminates having to use any kind of "FILTER" but concentrates on the numbers and there Formats? I developed a "BASIC" Number Strategy due to my "limited" funds which keeps me from playing 30
  
  -100 combo's lke the more successful Lottery Players do in the Daily games.This is the Pick-3 version and it works like this the program you will use for assistance is "P34Lotto" you start off by selecting 2 Number Formats 1 mixed and 1 double the Identical Filter Chart represents them like this (mixed-ABC)(doubles-AAB,ABA,ABB)I leave out Triples.Next you select a Low-High and Even-Odd format this is done by seperating them like this Pos1-2:(LL,HL,LH,HH) Pos3:(L,H)and
  
  Pos1-2:(EE,OE,EO,OO) and Pos3:(E,O).Using a 10 draw history for hit frequency will help you decide what to select.Your final chart is for the numbers you will choose the nmbers are seperated like this Pos1=0,2,4-1,3-5,7,9-6,8 ths is done for the remaining positions Low Even is 0,2,4 Low Odd is 1,3 High Odd is 5,7,9 and High Even is 6,8.Now to assemble your combinations after you have selected your 2 Number Formats and 1 Low-High/Even-Odd Format.

  You have your 1 Mixed and 1 Double Combination you also use a frequency count by position for the numbers to help in selecting.30 draws would be good any Pick-3/4 program that gives you Positional Frequency counts should be used.The key here is to use your instincts or develop number and variable selection skills.All that is required is to select your 2 number formats (ABC will always be used so your actually selecting 1 the Double Format)and your Low-High,Even-Odd Pairs and the Singles for Position 3 thenthe final step is to slect the numbers for your chosen variables.As you can see from my example this will yield 2 combinations.This isn't a "Miracle System" just a Basic Number Selection Strategy without the headache of Filtering,Tracking Number Pairs or individual Double numbers or any of the methods players use and describe on this Forum that results in "MANY" combinations or "INTENSIVE" analysis.It's quick,easy and to the point you either select the correct variables and win or you don't and lose.But your losses are "EXTREMELY" Minimal this strategy requires your "SKILL" as a Number Player nothing more practicewith it until your able to show positive reslts.I just started using it today in the Pick-4 $2 1 mixed and 1 double there posted in the Prediction Section.

  To CalifDude and anyone else reading this: I apologize. Wrong choice of word. I should have said, Friendly discussion. I havent found a better way yet. I firmly believe that a system can be created, and Ill just keep trying.

  Scrooge, apology accepted.  Sorry if I said something that made you think I was trying to argue.  I just didn't see any relationship to the numbers in the rows and columns and so I didn't understand your chart.  Clipper and I both tried to help you with charts, but they weren't what you were trying to do.  So, I hope you have the chart you were looking for now.
