Finished reading White Trash today

The book I mentioned earlier in my blog.

Goes through the history of poverty from severe to upper levels of poverty.
Also discusses levels of education of the people.

From my take on the history, poverty stricken Americans have gained very little in the form of wealth. Eek out survival as best can be had.
