I arranged the balls according to frequency drawn fro left to right.

This whole thing on hot and cold needs to be kept track of daily. Depends on the count spread between hot and cold balls.
The hot and cold count is going to drift up or down as the daily numbers are drawn.

There is another way of doing this with the count remaining constant at 5 ball count each. Use the even and odd digits or the low and high digits.
I noticed in the inspector three when I entered the draws South Carolina is having a good run on 2 even 1 odd recently.

The ones where you see 6 hot balls is equal count on some of the balls.
