New INA section 245A(d)(2) states that no alien would qualify for the lawful temporary or permanent residence status provided in that section if ``likely to become [a] public charge [ ].'' This disqualification could be waived by the Attorney General under certain circumstances. A likelihood that an applicant would become a public charge would exist, for example, if the applicant had failed to demonstrate either a history of employment in the United States of a kind that would provide sufficient means without public cash assistance for the support of the alien and his likely dependents who are not United States citizens or the possession of independent means sufficient by itself for such support for an indefinite period.

Tonight after the draw I entered about 65 past draws in my software using the EV-OD / HI-LO code which I created some time ago and it is noted in my blog somewhere.
I also have the new code I recently created. What will we call that? How about
EV-OD / HI-LO Short code.
Well I was thinking about this for a long time but never got around to it. Use two codes and take the code combos that are being called to hit in the software and convert each code called for to their lottery numbers. Then match up the lottery numbers that are called for in each code. Deflate in other words. Use lottery numbers that show more than once.

Noticed my picks posted mid today did not drop. Evening draw had a trip code drop. Was looking at the code numbers last night and pulled up the stats for trip code and had a feeling in my bones a trip code was ready to drop. Was looking for another code pair to drop.

I am looking for the 55 code pr giving me the 44-55-45 lottery pair.
Like I said I do not have a lot of draw history in my software so I looked up the 44-55-45 lottery pairs combined draws in search drawings here at lottery post for one year search. There was two pages so I only copy and pasted one page here to take a look. Using search drawings I look at the monthly history and how many times drawn per month.
Anyone interested follow along my lottery blog posts and I talk about how I run down my decision to put together numbers. Not always a set pattern of selecting as I look here and there for info.

and have a debate on the issues now and then.
had some errands to run today so I decided to pull out the 6035 & 3065 I posted on the prediction board and dropped $2.00 on each number for mid-day str8. No win. Went out later in afternoon and dropped $1.00 each on the same two numbers. No win.
That set of numbers I posted did not drop at all today.
Will look later tonight at my stats that I have and maybe post them for tomorrow.
Not going out tomorrow so I will not have any money on anything. I am not a gotta play or play a lot of numbers player. Take it or leave it player. If I hit on my selection without playing I just continue on to when I do play. I know the opprtunity is there to select the correct numbers another day.
Got tired of the pick 3 for awhile and decided to do some pick 4.
Created a different tracking code last week. Entered about 60 draws in the tracking software. Posted my picks on the prediction board to keep track and have lottery post do all the stat work on how it will work out.
Got two box hits in about 3 days. The first day I posted I had the 4910 posted and jumped to another set the next day as the new set had favorable pairs. The 4910 came str8 the day I switched. So I lost out on that.
This was originally intended as a lottery blog so I will post updates and new strategy now and then.
