There is still hope left for this country.
There no doubt will be changes made too.
So there is still hope and change available from my viewpoint anyhow. Depends on the direction of the hope and change you are looking for. 
I am not mad or nuthin. 
Mowed the front Thur about 15:30 hrs and it was a bit warm and not much shade. Got a little light headed but finished it.
Just finished the back about 20 minutes ago. Did not get light headed but the heart got thumpin. Exercise the heart muscles.
May do the weed eater another time.
If you want to e-mail Michelle and bitch about the garden in the news I saved you a few minutes lookin for it.
I will bet you that you will see a medical photo ID with that black stripe on the back to pull your computerized info. Will be part of the national health care system.
Just my guess.

So what does the above in the article fall under in the health bill? Looks like titleV and sections.
So what does all this mean when the gov't gets in the staffing of medical care?
Title V in the health care law deals with a lot for availability to health care.
Sec. 5201. Federally supported student loan funds.
Sec. 5202. Nursing student loan program.
Sec. 5203. Health care workforce loan repayment programs.
Sec. 5204. Public health workforce recruitment and retention programs.
Sec. 5205. Allied health workforce recruitment and retention programs.
Sec. 5206. Grants for State and local programs.
Sec. 5207. Funding for National Health Service Corps.
Sec. 5208. Nurse-managed health clinics.
Sec. 5209. Elimination of cap on commissioned corps.
Sec. 5210. Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps.
Looks like they may be looking for the availabilty of doctors in an area. If a shortage they may just use doctors set in place by the gov't. Lets not forget section 5210 of the health care law. I do not see mention of this in the MSM news articles.

I was looking up time holes in a search to see what I could find to make a time machine and came across the article in Norway time hole. So that detracted me from time travel for a little bit.
