Want to find out if an elected offical can be fired or not?

Looks to me like the governor wants fiscal responsibility all the way down the line. Gives local gov'ts and school districts time to get their budgets in line. Otherwise an emergency financial manager will be installed.

I reckon it is part of the job of a governor to see that his state is run on a sound financial basis at all levels.

With the nuclear problems they are having in Japan right now the U S will not see any new nuclear power plants.

Might better take these sewage treatment plants across the U S and turn them into methane producing facilities to generate electric as a by product.

They better get their merde together on producing more coal for the added consumption also.

lets see 250,000,000 people can produce about 250,000,000 pounds of merde per day. Not counting all the livestock on farms.

Just a note on what regulations cost. My electrical rate has gone up 10% within the past year. I received a notice earlier most of the increase was due to new regulations.

Congress is working on fixing who regulates with bi-partisan support I might add.

When I first started going to school.

That was before they had kindergarden LOL. Most of us already knew our A B Cs and could count to 100 and read some.

Any how I went to a one room school house. Outdoor privys, Small building for coal storage, Central heat was the coal stove at the rear of the class room, Yes we had electric lights LOL. A recreational area with a ball diamond, swing set, tetter totter,

Oh, We use to walk to school. I walked maybe one mile each way. Got a little older I had a bike to ride.

We always had the same teacher for the 8 grades in the school. Went to high school they had one centralized building for that.

Any how one year the teacher was out for a length of time and we had a substitute. I was maybe in the 3rd or 4th grade. Every morning before classes started she use to read us a few pages from a childrens book. The stories were from the Uncle Wiggly series.

I use to enjoy listening to her read those stories in the morning. I have forgotten the story lines in the books but I always remember her taking the time to read them.

If you want a good read on wealth distribution in the United States this will make a good read.

It is a long read so grab a cup of coffee or non alcoholic beverage before hand. Grab alcohol you may be drunk before you are done.

You want to look at a graph on the income wealth in this country look at figure 9 at the bottom of the article. Looks to me like 99% of the population in this country works as a production worker or minimum wage worker no matter what political party you belong to.

Looks like we are all in the same boat to me.

The 2012 election could be lost by the republicans just like they did in 2008. Not getting out the vote. I followed the election results map in 08 and I could see where the votes were gotten out by the percentages.

I had a strong indication that this is how Reid won his election. Getting out the voters

After all these years I decided to look thru my blog to see what I wrote and copy and pasted into it.

Discovered when I came up with the ascending order code tracking for the pick 3. That started around Jan 2006. Need to go back again maybe tomorrow and refresh my memory on what I was looking at in the stats from the software in that tracking.

Found a chart I was missing in my wordpad that got accidently deleted. Copied and pasted that back into my wordpad. That was the 1,000 str8 chart in the 3.

That is what makes auto racing exciting and unpredictable.

Need to give LaBonte a pat on the back for the power push on last lap he gave Bayne.

Here they have fed budget legislation in the pipeline to be deliberated on and passed or sent back thru the pipeline. This is time sensitive as it needs to be done by Mar 4th I believe. If nothing is passed gov't shuts down except for critical services.

In Dec 2010 they kept both houses in session almost all the way up to Christmas to pass critical legislation. They went past their usual shut down time for Christmas as it was.

Why are they not keeping both houses in session for this budget bill? They are scheduled for their one week presidental recess. (whoope doo) Like it is a major holiday.  All we hear is Reid and Pelosi saying a shut down could happen. It was such a big urgency in Dec. They are acting like it is not a major concern to them this time around.

I know why.

There seems like there would be a senate or state rule or law on the books for this. Seems like a time period would be in there for deliberate absenteeism.

If so the governor should declare the senator as having abandoned his position and directly appoint a replacement.

Simple enough.
