Is kind of SAD to see that the Kings of Soccer dont have: 1 Billion dollars....I say soccer because i think soccer has: 1 or 2 billion fans around the world...

Why not gather LOTS of people maybe 50 million, let each one pitch in: 10....I wanted for you to make them a billionaire but apparently it will not be possible...But, they can have: 360 Million dollars...

Why dont we create like a crown to crown the Master of soccer every year...I am just suggesting...

We get: 50 million soccer fans, each pitch in: $10 a month for 1 year...It will be: 6 Billion dollars...placed in the bank at: 6% it will be: 360 million dollars per year...And the Global Master of Soccer for that year receives: 360 Million dollars with the Crown...And whoever achieves a Lifetime achievement that surpasses anyone during their soccer carriers receives: 1 Billion dollars and the Crown...

I am just suggesting you work it out....

and you do it with the women soccer team also...

Also i had an idea, why dont they make the World Cup LONGER than 30 days, it will make more people watch it longer which means higher the money advertisers will pay to come on tv, and that money which must be like in dozens of billions, sorry to say this but people WAIT 5 YEARS for something that will last/finish in just: 30 days you bet soccer will be losing fans and all the matches are not even televised the entire world only gets to see: like 15 or 20...The money advertisers will spend to come up on TV helps pay to promote the sport or pay soccer players or the winning team...

it will had been: Perfect had it lasted: 2 month and 1/2....or 3 months.....

Small Landsized Countries Celebrities/Actors: You cant do this in the USA because the USA is HUGE and there are too many channels....I didnt know this but if you have lots of money i dont know how much a particular Small Landsized Countries TV channel charges for comercials but let´s say they charge you: $2,000 a month for a particular commercial that you are on to appear so often on TV....If you have plenty of money or just tasting stardom you could place: $400,000 in the bank and the: 5% or 4% or whatever which is equivalent to: $2,000 a month can go to the TV Channel Commercial and you will always be on TV, making you popular more popular, you could do it with Newspapers or Magazines....Only if you are a celebrity in a small landsized country....Or you could take: $100,000 invest it in a bussiness that will bring you revenue each day/month and let the revenue pay for your publicity...lol...

You could, i dont know how much does HUGE, IRON METAL BILLBOARDS post cost...But let´s say it cost: $50,000 or $75,000 you buy it post it and the revenue that advertisers will give you to advertise in that Huge post you should make like: $5,000 a month or $10,000 a month specially the ones that slide every 30 seconds or 1 minute....And those $10,000 you could use it for: your publicity as a celebrity...

Let´s use a: Pick5/39 Game...

All you need is to get an abbreviated wheel that will give you: 15, 4/5´s size 25 or 30 or size 20 whatever your liking....

How much does a wheel that will give you: 15: 4/5 size 25 will come out to? Probably 16,000 combinations...How many combinations does a: Pick5/39 have??? close to 600,000...All you got to do is FILTER WITH MULTIPLE filters, the 16,000 size 25 wheel to a level you are confortable with....Now here is the key, i dont think wheels are created that way....Here is the key...

the 15: 4/5´s [they dont have to be 15, 4/5´s could be more the more the better], anyway the 15: 4/5´s, the 5th number, must be chosen randomly if you can make the 5th number to pick only even numbers you will win: 50% of the time...you could also ask that the 4/5 be selecting randomly if you cant work out the 5th number thing but is easier with the 5th number of the 4/5´s...

Anyway here is the key....you filter the 16,000 combination with multiple filters, many filters, whatever it takes to narrow it down to an affordable bet you can make (if you have to pool then pool)...Is as if you was filtering a full wheel...Why??? Because you are only going after the combinations that meet your criteria/specifications...

What does this mean??? That if the 15: 4/5´s have the winning number or trap the winning number and meet your filter specifications YOU WILL WIN....So if you let´s say you got the 16,000 combinations to: let´s say: 50 combinations then your odds are not: 1 in 600,000 nor 1 in 16,000 but 1 in the number of filters you applied....If you applied: 8 filters your odds are: 1 in 8 and you are just waiting for the 15: 4/5´s trap the other: 25; 4/5´s, because after all if there was: 40: 4/5´s and each 4/5´s had a different number 1 of the 4/5 will trap the winning combination (5/5)...

Do you see it now....All you got to do is get a: X amount of 4/5 custom made abbreviated wheel with a comfortable size: and filter from it....That´s for a: Pick5/39...For a Pick6/49 you will need to get a: X amounts of 5/6 abbreviated wheel with a comfortable size and you win....I THINK you could also do it with: X amounts of 4/6, or 3/5 or 3/6 yeah i think you can because you are ONLY looking for the winning combination you are not looking for nothing else...But these particular: X amounts of 4/6´s, 3/6, 3/5´s you have to TRAIN (as in training), you have to TRAIN the 4th number or the 5th number to pick the 5th number as an Even number or Odd number only or only EE or OE in the case of the 4/5´s or EEE only or EOE only or EOO only in the case of the 3/3´s or you could train the 4/6´s, or 3/6´s or 3/5´s to pick randomly...

And you dont have to filter: 600,000 combinations or 20 million combinations....

but i dont think any wheel in the world is like that....

And if whatever plays meet your filter specification you win the JACKPOT...

But 98.8% of lottery experts would not know what i am talking about...

you see you are basically singling out the 5/5 not the rest of: 4/5´s...

if you are reffering to the post on the system forums that i posted, you are looking for the winning drawing to have your filter specifications...it just means that you will have to wait until your specification comes along you will have to play every drawing that´s why there is pool...

I first thought of this like 7 years ago but didnt write it down....For the Pick5/39 you let:

1&2 equaled: 1

3 & 4 equaled: 2

5 & 6 equaled: 3

7 & 8 equaled: 4

9 & 10 equaled: 5

11 & 12 equaled: 6....

and so on until you reach to 39..You will noticed that the Pick5/39 is really a: Pick5/19....Now if you was to give: 10,000 people this information and let them play the: Pick5/19 and to pick5 numbers what will happened: 99.8% of those 10,000 people will choose the wrong number...Why is that....Why is it that whenever you are going to pick number the OPPOSITE of the numbers you pick play...IT HAPPENS 99.9% OF THE TIME...Why is that...

I think the explanation might be 4 things...

A. Either Satan exists and he tricks you into choosing the wrong numbers...

B. your preconcious somehow makes you pick the opposite numbers think about it as trying to drown yourself your body doesnt allow it...

C. Something that will do that to you is WEED...Marihuana...Weed can trick your mind into thinking the oppositive (movie Solaris)....

D. Is not hard to do but the lottery could be encrypting its game, it can happen (or the pre-tests)....So as to ellicit a particular numbers/combinations response from players looking at its website, it could be done with a supercomputer...Think of the movie the Bone Collector with Denzel Washington or those scary movies where the killer always knows what the victims are going to do next...

You know pick4 the laws of randomness tells you that every 2 or 3 drawings 2 numbers should repeat from the previous drawings and it doesnt occur...Why...

Tell me WHY IS IT THAT YOU PICK THE OPPOSITE LOTTERY NUMBERS ALL THE TIME TIME AFTER TIME...Why 99.8% of the 10,000 players even if they have to choose from 1-5 will pick the wrong numbers and is wrong because it should not be 99.8% but something like 62%....

So to correct this every number or the numbers that you feel like picking, pick the opposite numbers that you was going to pick....

NOTICE THAT IS ALWAYS 99.8% IS ALWAYS THAT RESULT....

I am looking at an old article and it says that the mach5 supercomputer does 25 trillion calculations per second i thought it was 6 trillion...Anyways 6 trillion divided by 12 = 500 billion calculations per second...

A high speed computer is useless without a lottery program that could pick winning numbers. A Tandy Color Computer using Desk Mate with a program that actually picked winning numbers would be better.

Where lottery revenues go is already legislated so by law state lotteries at best could only invest unclaimed winnings. And those monies would return to the same fund.

A high speed computer is useless without a lottery program that could pick winning numbers. A Tandy Color Computer using Desk Mate with a program that actually picked winning numbers would be better.

Actually if anyone had any idea of how to pick the winning combination, paper and pencil might work. But if you're just guessing, you can't beat a computer for giving you thousands of guesses to consider.

Yeah it might be by law but they are doing that for their bussiness to keep the bussiness afloat...What does a lottery got to lose if they lose: 10 million for this year but that same 10 million will return to them next year...They are not losing anything...

the encryption that they will use is something similar to chess, arranging the parts to elicit a particular response...

i am talking about a mini supercomputer used by the people that work in the lottery...and you know something more wicked that they could do...they could placed those drawings on their page as to elicit a particular response and then they know before hand which one is the sort of speak: correct answer for that drawing even thought they are having an independent drawing, but they will know which one is the correct answer and they record people´s input and check which ones were close to the answer and ask the computer to calculate the pattern of the method/system used for that answer that was closed to the correct answer and build it into their collective making it harder to win and this way figure out all the possible systems out there for that game, basically they will be getting stronger and it also tells them how is the battle field, how much threats there is and if the game needs changing/replacing or not, like a chess game (dont know how to play chess but still), like they can gather possible strategies making them smarter and stronger....

they can even know from the supercomputer which numbers to play which days...

why is it that when you work out a system and works superb on the workouts over and over and then you use it on actual ball drawings and it doesnt work and you test it again and again on ball drawings and it doesnt work...WHY IS THAT...pretest...bologny...

not only will it make them stronger, but they could have a feel for the battlefield and this way it will tell them how high to put on the next game that is going to replace the old game..Like a submarine pulling out a periscope to the ocean surface to see the enemy...

I owe this idea to i think was an Indian or Pakistani Artist or Ingeneer name capore who i saw on TV...One Card game you could create is mix Cards with a wheel like a particular number on the card placed/dropped elicits a particular spinning of a wheel with points/money...You create a game like that through a company you sell propagate/multiply the game worldwide and part of the revenue goes to the $100 Million or $200 Million Global Poker competition...

It doesnt have to be a: wheel it could be a Table, like a multiplication digital table with colors or levels and a worm made of a mathematical algorithm moves through the table and a player has to elicit a particular combination of cards that he/she must lay/place in the table to move the worm (the worm part i owe it to the movie: Swordfish [halle berry in particular]).....

                                            Why not make some of it out of wood so the price comes down...Imagine living in subdivision Neighboorhood and every teenager having 1 of these...Only to be used in a subdivision...They only go a certain speed...Only for Subdivisions...

Your Toothbrush Attracting Roaches: I noticed something very wrong with the toothbrush...You go and eat 3 TIMES A DAY sometimes 4 and you use your toothbrush...After a while your toothbrush get so mixed with the food of your mouth after you have rinsed your mouth and rinsed the toothbrush....You are not aware of it but you will leave your toothbrush in the bathroom and it will give an: ODOR, small odor [food scent] that insects could pick up and rats they sense of smell is more developed than yours and since they are small their sense of smell is to pick up, small scents the smell will come from all over the house making a howling call to all roaches, rats, bugs, possibly spider even outside your house...Tell me, what happens if a roach starts playing with your toothbrush ALL NIGHT and leaves in the morning when you are waking up and if you noticed many roaches are sort of nocturnal....It deposits eggs, who knows what that same roach has been to feces somewhere else...You start getting all kinds of diseases or heart attacks...

The best thing is to leave your toothbrush in a cup of water and before you are going to brush your teeth mix it up with soap and rinse it...

Got this Idea from Channel 2 News TNV of Honduras: Rivers going overboard: In Central America and Small Landized Countries/Governments: I noticed that in many rivers in central America people throw thrash in the rivers and they overflow and it cost those governments dozens of millions of dollars in loss, Aid, Recovery...I was thinking, why doesnt the government invest in creating a HUGE net along where the bridges of those countries are [because that´s where people throw the thrash and this net is ontop of the rivers like a basket catching the refuse/thrash that people throw, some kind of net that can be withdrawn and collect the thrash every so many days, 4 times a day...OR create a metal bar/rod/post that goes horizontally from one side of the river to the next with a net or metal net that goes inside the river at a particular point of the river, and that it traps every thrash going forward the metal net the holes are wider so certain things can go through them (like a soccer goalie frame), and every so many minutes or hours the mesh-net rises the pole rotates and the metal mesh-net rises and empties into a plastic bin behind the mesh and the bin 4 times a week gets collected, and there is 1 person surpervising that everything goes well, and you ONLY need, 1 of this bin-metalmesh-net-horizontalpole, 1 in each river and it collects all the thrash....Every animal that wants to go through can go around it....And the government of a country saves itself: 10 million in 3 months, like 60 million in 1 year PER RIVER...Houses dont get flooded....And you can even charge communities who live close to the river: 10 cents or 25 cents a month that goes into the maintenance of the aparatus...I owe this idea to that: Channel....

What if instead of donating it you sell it for: 10 cents for 60 donated grown products/units...But you ask people to buy MOUTHWASH (mothwash is kind of expensive, count the homes in a country that got mouthwash)...How much does the Mouthwash cost? $6 they buy Mouthwash and they trade 1 mouthwash for: 20,000 or 10,000 grown units/donatedfoodproducts grown in gardens (the equivalent of: $6 divided by 10 cents x 60 donated grown units all to people of lower resources...Then of those: $6 there is a 10 cents charge that will be donated to charity....Then the Mouthwashs units traded is sold back for 30 cents to people who cant afford mouthwash and 25 cents out of the 30 cents is donated to Charity, the other 5 cents goes to the backyard garden farmers/owners as Incentives....There are several health risk factors associated with not using mouthwash....

You kill like 6 birds with 1 stone, save lives, donate to charity (twice), incentive for gardeners, help family of lower resources in America [wherever], ect, ect, ect....

You know after seen a spanish woman with a wine color toyota car it gave me an IDEA....(i think it was a toyota)....Anyways, what if you replace: MOUTHWASH for ELDERLY DRUGS/PILLS for elderlys that CAN NOT afford certain drugs/pills...You trade: certain drugs/pills bougth by the family of lower resources and you trade it for: certain amount of garden grown food units...And the drugs are in return SOLD BACK at a cheaper price than the counter price so that, elderlys of lower resources can buy them/afford them...And the money collected from the drugs/medicine bought by elderlys of lower resources [if you sell it for 30 cents, 25 cents goes to charity and 5 cents goes as incentives to the garden farmers/owners....

                                         When you submit an idea to a: Patent Company they want to charge you: the cheapest company charges you: $800, the rest charge you: $2,000 others, $3,000...They are totally out of touch with reality...$800, dude that´s a house payment, WHO is going to drop that...$800 that´s 20% of a: $5,000 used lexus or Q45 Infinity car....

Charging that kind of amount of money discourages, people from coming up with new ideas...The most they should charge is: $150 [the MOST] that way there is plenty of ideas submitted, the least should be: $100...They are kind of mentally challenged, because they could had charge: $150 and charge you the: $600 left back when you start making serious cash from your invention....

And not just that intangible ideas you cant not get a pattent for it, discouraging people from coming up with idea, again they are kind of mentally challenged because they could pay very little to intangible ideas...

And those: $800 or $2,000 is just to: SEE if your idea WILL MAKE IT, who knows how many other charges will come...What the [is GOT to be a JOKE]...And after you submit your idea and it stays there for: let´s say: 6 years without nobody giving interest on it, IT GETS REJECTED, THROWN OUT, DISCARDED...

How much SNOW does it fall in the Nortern Hemisphere & the Southern Hemisphere...If you got to create: Huge, Huge REserves of sweet water that came from snow all over the world, SO BE IT....Remember in my previous blog how i said that: Heater bills will eventually rise...I was thinking, collect EVERY INCH of snow that falls in the USA & Canada convert it to water and use it to heat homes across the northern hemisphere....Dude WHAT HAPPENS when you go to another planet what you think will happen...And is a source of jobs....

All that snow in other parts of the world could be melted and supply India & China...

This is why i am asking or pleading to ALL the womens of the world...Pleading to their hearts...I dont know when this is going to happen but it needs to happen...

And if a lot of that snow left back it can be used to sprinkle deserts and use the land since there is fighting over lands...

I´ll like the: 3.5 Billion women of the world, each to pitch in: $50 a month for 2 year...It will be: 4.2 Trillion dollars...Placed in the Bank at: 9% it will be: $180 Billion dollars coming to you EVERY YEAR for 1 side and 180 Billion Dollars coming to you Every Year for the other side (both Northern Hemisphere)...With it you are going to create a: Northern Continental Snow Collection Company/Conglomerate i dont know...And you are going to collect: ALL THE SNOW DUMPED, take it to a processing center/area melt it, convert it to: Sweet Water and use it, either as water or as: Energy, or as: Storage to sell it to other countries....

and it says that: Snow helps cool down the planet so if global warming scientists are saying that the planet is getting colder if we use the all of the snow, i would think it will raise the Global Temperatures a bit....

                                                 When i was in: 5th grade my teacher told me that what you ATE goes to the intestine and in the intestine is where the body absorbs WHAT IT NEEDS AND WHAT IT DOESNT NEED IT REFUSES IT all this occuring in the intestine....i dont know how correct is this theory because it will not account for how the body stores fat, unless the body uses what it chose to collect in the intestine and what it doesnt need it stores it as fat...

If this is theory is true this will explain why people who eat right and possibly exercise succumb to cancer and other illnesses and it will explain why so many people are: FAT...

Most people eat to they full themselves, many after they are full still continue to be settle full but if the body absorbs let´s say 83% of food and it absorbed 80% of something And 3% of something else and you go ahead and 2 hours later or even 20 minutes later you go and eat what was supposed to help you fight cancer and other illnesses then the 3% is already absorbed is already taken, so the 3% of the stuff that was supposed to help you fight the cancer and other illness will be rejected because it already took the 3% +  the 80%.....And you dont know what that percentage is that the stomach takes in....So basically you are not absorbing that stuff that will help you fight cancer and other illnesses and if you do absorb is very little...

it will explain why so many people are fat, because most people think that all the food gets absorbed, that the body when is full stores the rest as fat and leaves some to get rid of by natural means...What this means, that most people have been improperly thaught when they are kids, when they are kids is the key not when they are adults because they already have been accustomed to...

Perfume Spray Can for Clothes: You know they sell body spray but is meant to be put on when you are ready to go out...I was thinking...Get cheap cologne/perfume and create a big can something like Lysol but for your clothes and sell it so that people everytime they wash their clothes in the washer and dry them can spray that cologne/perfume spray can on their clothes and then fold them...That way you smell good all day on ANY clothes you put on...I am talking the cheapest cologne/perfume ever, the ones for $1 or 75 cents the bottle...
