Listen India you need to create in Your Religion some kind of clause about Good Behavior, write a book about good behaviours and include it in your religion because EVERYTHING IS NOT just money or been FINACIALLY PROSPEROUS....And create a Good behavior Lotto, game, whatever the case might be...Why? Because you got 1 billion people, you dont have 30 million people as population or 45 million people as population...Such a big population you got to keep it well behaved because evil or bad behavior could spill over and you could have: 35% of the population doing bad stuff (is sort of like throwing thrash) and then it cost the government A LOT to clean it up or keep it at bay...
When a country have that amount of people it must adhere to good behavior religion because no country has that amount of people and worse case scenario is that country wage war against the entire world and with 1 billion people is a collosal country to try to wrestle it to the ground....is different if is a continent but because you are a country different scenarios applies to you...
Also you as a country because your population is so big you have to specialized in: Pharmacy you have to be at the forefront of it and specialized in Damage control i am talking huge disasters/pestilence that arrazan/take over with large amount of people...Because if most of your population is sick or let´s say: 36% of your population dissappears due to a dissaster that´s less tax for the government...And i will say something your case is different than the USA...Also let´s say that: 36% of your population gets sick or even 10% get sick or whatever the case might be that they cant pay taxes that means that the government has less money: 36% of it less or 10% of it less and what is set aside for the other 36% or 10% dont get it and the problem compounds or duplicate so now is not: 10% or 36% but is: 20% or 72%...Y cuando a alguien no le toca algo there is problems problems that the government has to use other resources to tackle it..Suppose it duplicates to 72% now the government has to use the resources of the left back 28% to tackle the 72% making the 28% running dry everytime the problem is expanding (think about it as proverty duplicating....

I was thinking, ISNT IT TRUE that cigarettes in the USA generates: 1.2 Trillion dollars every year (if the guy is telling the truth), well you see not many people will smoke cigarettes because what it causes and cigarettes should not be sold and the population of the USA is: 300 million...But how about a DRINK something like: Coca-Cola or some kind of popular drink...If cigarettes generate: 1.3 Trillion each year in a population of 300 million and is sort of tabooed, then a drink that is legal in a country with 1.2 billion 4 times the USA, then it should generate: Not 1.3 Trillion but: 1.3 Trillion x 5 or x 6 = and you use it to tackle the poverty area of your country or your weakest side of your country and this way making the richer side PROSPER MORE (because more resources of the government will be going to it because now the government doesnt have to worry to much about it weaker side)....By the way: 1.3 Trillion x 6 = 7.8 trillion all for the government...Just 1 drink let it be owned by the government....

And this gave me an Idea, they need to take: SMALL ISLANDS the ones nobody lives in and plant trees in them...And sorry to be mean/cruel but the ones that are inhabited make a deal with the locals, we plant lots of trees in your island lot and you receive monetary benefits...And after all, very small islands are short of monetary revenue....Is a start...
And since the water is RIGHT THERE you could create a sprinkler system just if in case there is fire OR to water the trees...Not sure if you will need to take the salt out of it....

I was also thinking, extremely small islands that are to the very north or south of the Planet where is very cold, why not create a: Glass-Clear-Plastic DOME surrounding the entire island...With a Dome with many small holes on the roof so that when it rains water can go through it and since is surrounded by sea a sprinkler system...It will be very dificult in a large area but how about a small area like an extremely small island it will even change the temperature of the island and where the Sunlight can go through it...(i owe this particular idea of a dome to BP and the capsule they are going to put on the oil leak and to the country of Greeland, and CNN or Fox think it was CNN who showed a transparent capsule going ontop of the oil leak)....A Capsule that covers the Entire Small Island and you plant trees on them...
It sure will change the internal temperature of the small island...It may sound like science fiction but in the roof/dome glass you could put a magnifying glass, cover it all with magnifying glass...
