"Technical issue" resolved, sales resumed as of Wednesday

The South Carolina Lottery is offering a refund for the purchase price of tickets that were affected by a "technical issue" that caused a misprinting error on some Cash Pop tickets.
The South Carolina Lottery is asking players who received a misprinted Cash Pop ticket to send in their affected tickets to receive a refund.
If you purchased a South Carolina Cash Pop ticket for the Monday, Nov. 17. 2025 drawing with the draw specified as "ALL," you are eligible for a reimbursement for the purchase price of the ticket.
According to the Lottery, a total of 214 Cash Pop tickets were impacted by a technical error on part of the terminal game vendor Brightstar Lottery. The company has identified and fixed the issue causing the misprint, and sales have resumed as of the Lottery's announcement on Wednesday.
It was an issue that occurred when players "chose to purchase their tickets for consecutive draws," the Lottery explained.
The tickets with the "ALL" draw designation are invalid, and according to South Carolina Lottery regulations, prizes arising from tickets "produced or issued in error" must not be paid.
Valid Cash Pop tickets will only be printed with either a "DAY" or "EVE" draw designation, never an "ALL" as it appears on the misprinted tickets.
Players interested in a refund may mail the original Cash Pop ticket (no copies or reproductions) to the following address and should include their name and return address with the mail piece:
S.C. Education Lottery
P.O. Box 11039
Columbia, SC 29211-1039
The Lottery will also reimburse players for postage up to the amount of first-class USPS postage for tickets submitted. Players may also drop tickets off at the Lottery's Columbia Claims Center, the Lottery advised.
Players must submit their requests for Cash Pop refunds no later than Friday, Jan. 16, 2026.
Cash Pop drawings take place twice a day at 12:59 p.m. EST and at 6:59 p.m. EST.
All Cash Pop winning numbers, prizes, and odds are published on Lottery Post's South Carolina Lottery Results page right after each drawing.

Oh dear , glad they are doing the right thing.
I just googled this vendor. There a publicly traded company. Odd! . But yea... Anyways. What happens if the ticket was a winner? Buisness as usall. Go cash it in?
Knowing my luck, the only time I would win would be off a misprinted ticket that was void...lol
