The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
I tend to agree with almost everything you wrote, but there is one thing I'm not sure about.
In Pennsylvania (a state that's held a Millionaire Raffle for maybe the last 20 consecutive years) something happened six or seven years ago that was caused by what some called Raffle Fatigue on the part of players. The Florida Millionaire Raffle is back!
I have my doubts that 2 million tickets can be sold considering the time of year The Florida Lottery is running what they're calling 'a promotion'.
The Pennsylvania Lottery's Millionaire Raffle ticket selling window is during the fourth quarter of the year. It gets a nice boost in sales during Christmas when people gift raffle tickets. The maximum number of tickets that can be sold is 500,000 and for many years The PA Lottery has had no problem selling all 500,000 tickets. The Florida Lotte

Powerball
Gotta love those people that think they're experts at something they know nothing about.
I once worked with someone like that. Nobody in the office would talk to him unless it was work related. Even if it was related to the job, you couldn't tell him anything. One day a in a very annoyed sounding voice a lady said to him If you already knew the answer to the question you asked me, why did you ask me in the first place? I had all I could do to keep from bursting out loud with laughter.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
At least Measly Millions made some progress with an increase of $25M this time.
OLD: Looking at the $2 MM run from 6/07/24 - 9/10/24 with only a starting jackpot of $20 Million , the jackpot after 18 draws was already at $405 Million . It took 27 draws to reach the $800M winning jackpot.
Looking at the last $2 MM Billion dollar jackpot run from 9/13 - 12/27/24 starting jackpot of $20 Million, the jackpot after 18 draws was at $387 Million . At 27 draws it was $760M. It took 30 draws to

LOTTERY POST 25TH ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY #2
If I won the lottery hmm, let me think. Two thoughts.
First, keeping in mind that around 70% of big lottery winners end up broke or worse off within five years (according to studies and financial advisors), I d probably take the Georgia Byrd route from Last Holiday (2006). When asked what she planned to do with her life savings, she said: 'I m just gonna blow it!'
Georgia spent $65,370 on a lavish vacation first-class flights, luxury suites, spa treatments and ended up winning $100,000
