Some information about Powerball
Bertil,I keep my own stats for PB in an excel sheet, a simple series of countif() functions are all you need to obtain your own frequency data, by selecting the ranges, you can get this data overall (as posted on the PB site) and by position.my newest sheet is frequency by date... shows the climb of frequencies with each draw with a rolling count... sort of a scrapbook of where frequency data was when a certain draw went off, hasn't really helped in getting any closer to winning, but it is inter

Wit and Wisdom of old lottery players...
News from the Rabbit Hole.
I came to L P by way of the Google Search Algorithm in June 2015. I was already a self-taught Exceler having created Cost Estimating and Real Estate Development Models as well as Coordinate Geometry for Engineering. I wanted something else to do with Excel and the Lottery was an interesting and potentially rewarding option.
Way back in 2015 L P was Jumping. Posters like WinD, Tialuvslotto, JD, Winsum, were showing me things that fueled the Excel Breakdown tha

(Poll) Converting numbers from the web to Excel
Rip Snorter, my vote is yes. I think you can convert numbers into Excel. I have some lotto history from CA SLP, Washington Lotto Plus, Texas Lotto with Bonus Ball, Powerball, and Mega Millions in my word document. I have their frequency recorded on Excel.

Help needed for set tally
I could put an Excel template together, where you would type in or paste the data and it would spit out lists of pairs, triads, etc, sorted by frequency. How soon do you need it?

What ya gonna do Lottery wise in 2006?
I'm hoping that my SoniQ BOOM pick3/pick4 excel sheets can be refined enough to produce hits with some frequency. Also hoping to develop something for the PA cash5 and something new for PowerBall...And winning more than $100 would be a refreshing change ;-)

Playing Quick Picks Versus Picking Your Own Numbers
I use wheels from this site and create my own wheels using a combinations generator someone else created. I use the latter for two singles or close to two singles. Then I input them through my excel wheel worksheet. I can eliminate quite a few combinations. This shows color for different counts, U-M-O ( Each numbers Hit frequency : Under - Middle - Over, Gaps, Skip Rows and columns, patterns and pattern frequency. I have around 50 days of wheels saved. Three different files. Once they get over 1

Tom Consoles Pick 3
The product's webpage talks a lot about due numbers, due patterns. I believe you can save yourself the $29.90 and just put the same data in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet program to see what is due based on frequency over various intervals.
Nobody has unlocked the secret to winning Pick 3 consistently enough to turn a profit. If they did, they wouldn't share it or sell it publicly. Caveat emptor.

Mastermind filtering
Just added COUNT PATTERNS to wheel sheet. I create the wheel here at LP. Copy and paste it into excel. A simple macro separates the numbers into different cells. Then copy and paste the wheel again to the left side of this picture. Those cells are formatted in different colors according to the counts. The 401 number at the top is which column there coming out of...Under/Middle/Over frequency for that count. There are three patterns that hit around 50% of the winning combinations. The 10 and othe
