I have plenty of evidence to prove it and the only reason why people can't sue the lottery is because they can adjust the drawings at anytime so it looks random. Imagine putting 10 balls in a bucket and pulling them out. Do that 10 times to get 3 digit numbers. That's what random looks like. As far as my proof...if it were random then explain why 16, 85 and 49 all fall around the same time. Explain why states will all get trips/false trips at around the same time.
