It is interesting to see and hear other players perspective on the game. The way I understand a false triple, yes it is indeed a double number. For example lets take 338. It is a double number, but another name for it is a false triple, because 3 and 8 are mirror numbers. You change the 8 to a 3 and you have a triple 333. It's just another way of looking at the numbers.

I have plenty of evidence to prove it and the only reason why people can't sue the lottery is because they can adjust the drawings at anytime so it looks random. Imagine putting 10 balls in a bucket and pulling them out. Do that 10 times to get 3 digit numbers. That's what random looks like. As far as my proof...if it were random then explain why 16, 85 and 49 all fall around the same time. Explain why states will all get trips/false trips at around the same time. according to Cesar and past draws any time you have a triple or false trip in pick 4 a consecutive will follow within 5 days. Looking back and past draws probably sooner . He only shows 3 consecutive numbers though so you would need to read up on his thread to understand how to find the 4th number, good luck

I think a lot of the confusion about the false triples is because they aren't really doubles but some people think that's what it means. Some people aren't familiar with the mirror numbers which is really what makes it a false triple instead of a double. So instead of dropping 999 they drop 994(4 being the mirror of 9) which makes it a false triple.

After a zero hits (201), look for pair 24 or pair 63. Pair 01 usually brings pair 32 and pair 28. Pair 89 (899) brings a zero, and also likes to travel with pair 25. After a double is dropped, Look for numbers 3,4,8 within a couple of draws. Consecutive numbers brings another consecutive, false triple or a triple.
