I thought Virginia had switched to RNG and didn't announce it. Because their game went 5x the due average! I saw one draw states pull more triples than VA did within the same time frame. But, apparently, there's a guy on Facebook and he was the reason for VA not getting triples. That's his unsubstantiated claim.
