Welcome to the LP! I agree wih CutlassBob..pick 3 and 4 are a lot more profitable and is a very fun hobby and I always look forward to the drawings lol. Find a strategy and stick with it! Some good strategys are anything posted by LaverneMaloney, pair systems by lottolaughs, TNTEA's vtracs for dummies,hhbear's numbers due pairs (he posts pairs for every state in the pick 3 part of the forum, and my hot 2 digit system. Kenya is also very good, but she only posts for Georgia (I believe). Just use

I agree that the guy was being inconsiderate of everyone's time. But I also blame the clerk who should tell him to use the scanning machine or wait until there is no line. The same thing happens when they go in to buy $50 worth of pick (2/3/4) tickets at $0.50 a pop and the machine is occupied for 30 minutes while the tickets print - I just walk out. I can't believe the FL lotto people haven't thought of a more efficient system to print up those tickets.

No, I've been picking my own numbers from doing workouts. I have hit using the 56 System, Kola's Phase X Method and Seek a Journey Tic Tac Toe. Learning how to find sums and root sums of numbers to predict what may come out next. Very good resources on this board. Just search those methods in the search box in the upper corner and visit Florida's thread in the Pick 3. Very nice, helpful people there.

CAPE - scratch the dam thing ! PULEEZE ! I started playing BLOW - bought 3 and got a $200 - comprised of 100 GOLD BAR bonus and a 100 below ..... PUBLX took all the BLUE off and put them in the safe until the Lotto guy comes to pick them up ... what a shame .... Gas stations might still have them ...... imagine the potential winners gone ..... Thanks dr65! Maybe I'll try some of the pick 3 games too, I just didn't think the odds were that good on them. Honestly I don't get frustrated when I don't win.. I'm just frustrated at the horrible debt I'm in by caring for my mom with Alzheimers.. Maybe we should use lottery profits to fix this health care system, LOL. Good luck to you too!

Not only are South Carolina's scratchoff's terrible , ALL scratchoffs are terrible in my opinion. A big waste of money. Since there is no system you can use, it really is the luck of the draw and in most cases a cash prize is awarded every 6 to 10 tickets so right off the bat you have to purchase that many to even be in the ball park to perhaps win your money back or my least favorite, a free ticket. I usually buy my tickets from one store that I trust. When I do buy them, I usually ask the clerk which one he thinks I should get from the $2 ones and sometimes $5 ones (the $1 scratch offs have bad odds in NJ, almost every other one's payouts are the same overall- just with different prize structures.) The reason is just because he usually ends up lucky and because he knows which ones haven't hit a big prize yet. For example, this morning I went to go play a Pick 3. The Clerk added Instant/Bon

Most of my wins occur on scratchoffs that have been out for about two weeks. Our lottery routinely puts out a ringer $5 ticket at the beginning of the year. This year it was The Price is Right . Just about every ticket bought was a winner. The game is ending soon, since most of the winners are wiped out. A big winner seems to be released about a month into the game.
