Easy Pick 4 System!!
Hello I have had several LP people ask about Pick 4 systems!! Here is one that is easy, to use and very successful in most states!!! Check your state history to see how it works for you. The key to the system is the PIck 3 when you have a Pick 3 draw that begins with the digit 0 Play those numbers in pick 4. Selling Pick 3 Lottery System in Retail Stores
Hi all. I am planning to create my own pick 3 system, and once i finish making copies of my books, i want to go to every retail store ( the ones that sell lottery ) and talk to the owners, so they can sell my system, which can be next to the lottery machine. My question is : is this legal for me to sell pick 3 system in places where you can play lottery?

Ragwi You lost me there! As you know, VTRACs is making the ten Pick 3 and pick 4 digits into only 5, by making each VTRAC digit or number be the equal of 2 pick 3 digits. LottoScorp (LottoScorpio) or whoever invented the original VTRACs chose to use the digits from 1 to 5 to represent the VTRACs with.
