I don't see his statement saying that at all. You keep saying that they look for the least played combinations. Do you understand that each state has it's own computer system and terminals? Do you understand how difficult it would be for MUSL to comb through all the combinations right before a draw, even if they had that capabilty? Do you even understand the odds of MM and PB? The other odd thing about the Power Play is we cannot find any combination of positive, non-zero integers that can match or even come close to matching the stated odds. Well, as always, I'm gonna be the 'stand alone' person here once again. It makes absolutely no sense to play a game that contains odds worse than you leaving your house/home/apartment and having a piece of 'space debris' fall out of the sky and kill you.
