Florida Lottery to update branding, Web site
You can already do that. You go to the scratch off section and scratch a sample scratch-off on the Florida Lottery's website, at least with Billion Dollar Blockbuster. The only thing that happens is you scratch off a grand prize winning ticket.....I don't see how that helps anything at all.
What they need to do is lower the ODDS on the games!! For instance, I'm tired of spending $20 on a scratch-off only to have a One in Ten chance of having a FIVE DOLLAR profit. Give me a break.

We have a Scratcher game here in CA that has thousands of $500 prizes like you want:

I got me one! And yes, it is a tiny bit of satisfaction even though the lottery will still get you in the long run unless you hit a jackpot.
Just be realistic about the odds facing you. Look at any lotto game for the odds on the top prize, and figure that is how much you might have to spend until you get a jackpot, maybe twice

Computer lottery program
Buy quickpicks or change games, Even a good system would have trouble with the odds of
these games. I am not saying something can't be done but to get down to a playable amount
that fits the average persons budget is asking a little much. Playing for a 5of5 does not have
a large enough prize to justify playing the odds in my opinion. Use LP QP geneartor as it gives
better balanced sets then you will get from the lottery terminal RNG but remember every set has
the exact same odds o

Ohio and Illinois players
Classic Lotto odds and payouts are:
6 of 6 1:13,983,816 Jackpot
5 of 6 1:54,201 $1,500
4 of 6 1:1,032 $70
3 of 6 1:57 $2
Overall odds are 1 in 54
Wished I had matched 4of6, it would have paid $70 and I would had put $50 of it on Monday drawing if I could come up 50 lines to play. Getting 3of6 odds are 1:57 and I did it 2:20 so while I only got back $4, the trend was in the right direction.

powerball $200,000,000 jackpot prediction
And Lonnie?
Your format of choosing one number from a group, one from another, two from this one, and one from that one: isn't really groundbreaking stuff, that is what is common to hit. If two numbers from one group hits, chances are that same group will not have two numbers hit in the next game. Common stuff. Not earth-shattering if a group DID in fact repeat, I won't even say that is rare - it's not - it's just that the odds go the other way.
I try to play the best odds based on past pe

Rate your state's scratch offs
In terms of evaluating your state, I mean frequency of wins you have, prize amounts you win,. grand prizes available, the odds of winning, and that kind of thing.
I'll rate them each for PA, and then come up with an overall PA rating.
Frequency of wins I have - below average
Prize amounts I win - below average ($100s are way down for me)
Grand prizes available - average (PA is a big state, so they offer a decent amount)
Odds of winning - average (middle-tier odds aren't bad)

Play with"Real world ODDs System" & Win without luck or feelings.
Ok...... here's one to start off with ......odds wise.
Never start off your straights the next day with the same digit as the draw before.
1. You can filter the first position digit out ...... 90% of the time and be safe. Odds wise (not a feeling) LOL .
Good for at least a...... 100 straight number filter each day!
Note:
you can actually do this for each position each day...... *just not at the same time and maintain the 90% safe filter odds. One p

What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
Nope. I haven't been generating a separate 10 lines of pure random numbers to compare against because I already know my system gives me an advantage.
What I like about elmination is the fact I don't have to look for specific numbers. The filters just look to see if a set meets certain criteria, and if it does, it's playable, everything else is discarded. Anything that gets discarded improves your odds. I usually buy $5 worth of Hoosier Lotto tickets every drawing.
If I buy a $5 QP my odds

If you had 10 bucks to bet...
That's one way to figure it out as a simple exercise in logic. If you play all 1000 possibilities you've got a 100% chance of winning. If you play 1 possibility 1000 times your chance of losing is .999 raised to the 1000th power, which is .3677, or 36.774%. meaning your chnce of winning is only 63.23%.
Here's another way to think about it without doing the math. It's obvious that playing a single ticket in multiple games gives you a chance of winning multiple times. There's no such thing as a

What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
Then you should have read the rules or the last post this in this thread https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/228813/4 before suggesting people were posting winning tickets to sell a system.
I don't have to think outside the box to understand why players purchase more QPs in multi-million jackpot games. I don't have a clue how to create a PB or MM jackpot winning system played for a reasonable amount of money so I'd be just as skeptical as you if someone claimed they did. The difference between
