NYS lotto scratch off dirtly little secrets that they do not want you to know about. READ THIS
Suit yourself, but I have won hundreds more on scratch-offs than online draw games. You do win a whole lot more. I am the current point in my life where I rarely play jackpot games anymore, only occasionally. I can spend $20 on jackpot games and not win a thing, but that usually never happens with the right scratch-offs. The secret is to know the overall odds, the top prize, and the number of top prizes left. I go for the game with the best odds, and the most money left. If a game has no more to

5/39 on EVEN/ODDs and Patterns
Garyo1954, I'm glad you're inspired to write a backtester for some of your ideas. In some cases, it's the only reasonable and/or practical way to convince yourself of the value of a method. I think the principal architect of the Digit System may just not have the time to simulate his system because if I could successfully write and submit on punched cards Fortan programs many years ago to simulate proposed modifications to Operating System Parameters, he should surely be able to calculate thr

Digit System Filters (Another Angle)
GASMETERGUY, The only difference between what I believe and what you stated in your first 2 paragraphs is that I would probably assign a much lower probability to the chances of success at predicting the future than you would. The theory of General Relativity pretty much precludes it in our lifetime since we travel so slow relative to the speed of light. If scientific advances put crystal balls and time travel on the table, I doubt if lottery players will get the first crack at them. As f

How Many Tickets Per Draw Are Necessary To Win?
Depends on what you would call winning. It's not practical for most players to play enough lines to guarantee a winning ticket so most spend only what they can afford to lose, usually $1-$20 depending on the jackpot size. Ohio has three jackpot style games Classic Lotto, MegaMillions and PowerBall. Classic Lotto is a 6/49 game and the minimum win is a 3/6 for $2. To guarantee a winning combination of 3/6 I would have to play 163 lines even though the overall odds of having a winning ticket

POLL - On The Whole Do The Lotteries Provide Truly Random Numbers?
I believe that they CAN fix the computerized lottery. Here are a few examples: The most simple is that the machines can check all of the number combinations played for that game, and exclude the winners in the case Mega Millions for instance. Well, what about Cash 3 games? The computers would have to pick a winner, but it could pick the number combination that had the fewest numbers that played. That way they could cut back on the amount of winners, and the payout. Here is another theory.

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
RL-RANDOMLOGIC, I will give those that wish to baffle a question to ponder. I say odds are for the losers. I know of no real lottery in the world that has sold all winning combo's within one drawing but yet lotteries are won every day by everyday people many of which purchased a one dollar play. What s the odds on that. A person will win or lose not based on the odds but on the ticket he or she holds in their hand. With such brilliant insights and energy invested, it must be difficult to

Fooled by Randomness
I think it would be of benefit to you if you spent some time going back over this thread. If would be more beneficial for you to look at all the forums so you can understand how people play pick-3 games. It doesn't matter to them how a group of three digit numbers are chosen as long that group produces hits. While you may not see the relevance of a TTT or Power Trails system, others might be making a profit playing those numbers. Ask someone that just hit a dream number the mean, median, an

POLL - On The Whole Do The Lotteries Provide Truly Random Numbers?
I asked on another post about how come duplicate numbers show up on the last nr, the Power Ball and MEGA Ball? We seem to get more then we should when we buy four numbers on one ticket, and end up with same PB/MB nr. Am not discussing all numbers, just the Power/Mega Ball . The odds of the dulpictes are rather large, more so when we buy twice a week, and it happens at least three to four times a month, or about 8 buys per month and at least two of them, sometimes more have duplicates.
