Second chance odds
So in WI they draw 10 winners for $1000 each week on Thursdays from mailed in losing tickets. They have 10 drums for a total per week of around 50,000 envelopes. I have seventy entries....should I mail all in on one day, mail ten a day during the week? What would give me the best odds? Thanks!
