The Virus System: Not a System but Observation: Potentially a System
Pumpi I love the enthusiasm but you're logic is killing me.
First off the ones digits - guess 5x5x5x5x5x5 = 15,625 combinations - and then you've still got to guess whether it's a 1 or a 5, 2 or 6, 3 or 7. So you're odds are skyrocketing even here. Then even if you plug your twenty bucks down and get the right combination of those 5's - you've got to hope you got the tens digits right - and that's a whole lot more combinations.
You're method doesn't increase you're odds it's just a smoke

Do you give lottery tickets as Christmas gifts?
I gave my wife a $30 scratcher, highest priced one in Illinois, and way beyond our normal play but hey, it was Christmas.
Best scratcher odds ever says the lottery!
Cost: $30
Features: WIN UP TO $3,000,000!*
BEST ODDS EVER FOR AN INSTANT TICKET!
Approximate overall odds of winning (including break-even prizes) are 1 in 2.46.
Any surprise it was a loser! 1 in 2.46 is pretty good for a scratcher, but if it's not a winner...

Better Your Odds on Pick 4
If I chose doubles like 799 to play, I'd play ten $1 boxes because the odds are still 1000 to 1 against placing those 3 digits in the correct digit positions. In the example you gave, a $1 box gives you 8 chances of winning $400, 1 chance of winning $800, and 1 chance of winning $1200. There are 210 three digit box combos and you're getting at the least a $390 to $1 return on your wager.
For example lets say You Like the 799 If you bet $10 in the Pick 3 you only have 1 play.If they draw 798

Things i've noticed: How do you plan to get the 100 Mill mark if is only 4 to 5 times a year
This is for powerball.
If you choose to specify the numbers yourself, you select five distinct numbers between 1 and 59, and one Powerball number between 1 and 39. The Powerball can be the same as one of the first five numbers, because it is drawn from a separate number pool from the first five numbers.
The odds are 1 in 195 million to match 5 white balls and the powerball.
There is only one way to look at it not several different ways. They are not going to change the configuration of

Mega Millions jackpots
I'm no statistician, but I believe I can offer some insight.
It's true that any line of numbers has an equal chance of winning, and it's also true that where more tickets are sold more jackpots will (over time) be won.
The problem with the assumption that it's better to play in a state that's had more wins is that it isn't a pool. The jackpots are won by individual ticketholders, not by states. If you buy a ticket in Maryland, and the winning ticket is sold in Maryland, it's more likely th

Frequent lottery wins by retailers investigated
The I / we / he / she plays a lot. is a B.S. statement when it's not supported by proof. Demonstrate this statement to be true by showing documentation that you have played a lot . In many cases they can't because they did not ask the seller for a receipt of the sale, and yes, you can get a receipt for a lottery sale. Or, they don't have all the losing tickets that comes from playing a lot. Another way to tell they are lying is questioning them about where they bought the ticket. As you seen, if

Randomness?
From what I am gathering from my reading about probability, there is little if any attempt on the part of mathematicians to look beyond (how can I put this?) the odds , the possibilities , what might happen . The reason, I feel, is because there is no definite formula, algorithym, or whatever, which will result in a correct answer each time.
We all know 4 + 4 = 8. That is certain. In the area of probability, we can not go beyond the certain with any degree of accuracy. So mathematicians stay

Powerball lottery jackpot increased to $245M
But the cash prize percentage is bigger for MegaMillions is bigger, the odds for mega are less bad, but matching the ball for Mega is $2 while for PB it is $3. I got my Mega Millions tickets today, and I have a couple of PowerBalls.
While $245 mil sounds nice, the odds for our state lotto are 28x better. So getting 1 PB is like getting 28 state tickets. Getting the 1st Million cash is MUCH more important to me than the following $82 million cash (aft taxes) to me.
I would LOVe to have the

Money Matters 101
This defines the systematic way of playing which also contributes to higher odds in one's favor. Believe it or not, if you stick with the system at this level of number count, the 85% ratio is very much a reality. Recovering the initial investment back is the most important thing towards using other than your money to wager. Once you make this back in two wins, the monkey is off your back and you're actually being paid.
I can't understand how this doesn't make sense if you're in doubt still.

Ga fantasy 5 challenge
If you are following the numbers and hae them in a system there is a pattern that can be used but will not always work. My system is 1-3-1 or 1-2-2 or 1-1-1-2 , 2-3, 1-4 or 1-1-1-1-1 matching up with 2 evens 3 odds, 3 odds, 2 evens or 1 even 4 odds etc. Then high- low. Last but not least numbers that show up together for instance these numbers frequently show up together:
22-33
30-34
18-25-28
those are just a few, there are many combinations. Also the above 1-3-1 etc; means one tens,
