How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Jadelottery's number crunching is well over my head. Sladgemooto's post makes it very obvious that Wisconsin had maybe has a big problem.
But to prove the game is fixed I think you should crunch the numbers on other games as well. The larger the pool of numbers the greater the variation from what we might consider random will be in a relative short time span.As an example, chart. the first digit in either a pick three or four game. The odds tell you any given number should come up an average o

Mega lottery winner to stick with Ford, ex-wife
Well it really would be nice of some of these examples people attempt here to explain the odds and what have you were what the lottery used to base things on. Unfortunately, the Mega Millions lottery plays with a deck of 175,000,000 cards, not 52.
In his book The Lottery Book, author Don Catlin explains how the lotteries used the terms chances and probabilities to market the lottery, because they are so much more appeasing to the players than the true odds.
Years ago in the casinos, someon

I'll never win any Jackpot
Anybody that plays the lottery EXPECTING to win needs psychiatric help.
IMO, the 'only' way to play this game is to call it a 'sport', know your limits, and play within them. (read: don't spend a lot)
Now, anyone that has dealt with me privately KNOWS people can notice things that can tip the odds in your favor a little bit, but I bend over backwards to tell people there just isn't much of a difference between odds of 1 in 146 million and odds of 1 in 1 million. Heck, how many well-read fo

new ten dollar scratch off
WOW! 10 full books! How many in a book? 25? 50? Risky move but it does increases your chances of winning a large prize. Sorry you didn't win. I would have gone to vegas where the odds are slightly better if I had money to buy 10 books. Good luck on your next 10 books buy.
In NY the odds are pretty bad compared to other states.
1/5-5.3 $5
1/4-4.3 $10
1/3.3-3.6 $20
The only advantage is there are lots of people buying tickets so it increases you odds of winning something.

Million Dollar Raffles
Personally, I think that's really rotten. I've seen other states do it also. THe whole point of the raffle is that it gives the player the best odds at winning a million. Usually 500,000 (the number of tickets printed) to 1.
So, okay, that would be better odds than any other jp game. But if you can't sell all the tickets by post time that's just too bad. It decreases the odds even more for those who played. I don't see anywhere where anybody guarantees any private business a profi

It may be going around the law or slightly bending, but it is legal and no laws can shut it down or stop it.
That is why lotterypost.com will be opening up this membership club soon for you all to enjoy.
Thanks to me.
With better odds than any of you have ever had in your life of winning this type of money.
1 in 5000 is extremely good odds of winning 2500 to 15,000 dollars.
Sometimes the odds will be even better, depending on how many people have recurring memberships and cancel

gambling online
I really have to disagree with you when you say an online lottery is a suckers bet. I did some research on this company and granted they are new but everyone has to start somewhere.
Personally i think this is a great idea. The odds of winning a prize are pretty decent and when a lottery is paying out 80% of what they are taking in how can you complain. To help put this into perspective you can look at lotto 6/49 in Ontario for a local reference where only 47% of the money is put into the priz

The Implications of Cracking the Code..
I am certain because I have worked in the Lottery industry for 30 years. I cut my teeth (first day on the job) on Play 3/Pick 3. Trust me when I tell you THERE IS NO CODE. I am amazed at the stuff in this thread. It borders on delusional rationalization.
Just remember, it's gambling. You are taking a chance. The odds are always in favor of the 'house', otherwise they (casinos/lotteries) would be out of business. Anyone can get lucky and win a few times, even hit a large jackpot, but if

Consecutive Numbers
I usually don't reply to pick 3 threads, but I thought you might want to consider ...
There are 220 (IIRC) box p3 numbers. Your green list above contains 30 of them, leaving 190. 220 - 30 = 190
Using your 1 week time frame ~ In drawing one, the odds of the pulled number not matching one of your green list numbers is 190/220 = .863636 = 86.36%
The odds of you going two drawings in a row without hitting on your green list are 1902 / 2202 ~ .8636362 ~74.5868%
The exponent is equal to t

pairs ...how to catch them
this is working only when in draw are two odds or two even numbers.
example..............draw is 769..........so we have here two odds numbers 7 and 9
as we all know odds numbers are 1 3 5 7 9
so we take 79 from our draw and we are left with 1 3 5
now we take this number and do the vtrack
135=680 and here we have our pairs.......68 60 80
i have my chart with three weeks period ...under each draw i put my found vtrack.......when pairs come in three days i will put colour code
