I watched the video. In her case, she should have known better. I feel sorry for anyone that's a victim of such a scam, but at the end of the day, it makes you wonder, what the heck they were thinking.

It's bad enough that they scam the elderly out of life savings, she looks like an intelligent lady that would not fall for something like that, I just don't understand people, who think that if you send money off to someone you've never met or seen that they will send you that kind of money back???????

I would love to get called for one of these scams, recently I had the old Microsoft Tech Department or whatever they choose to call themselves scam call a couple times and went along with it for a good 30 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore, the Indian guy on the other end wasn't happy.

florida scratch offs are a complete scam.when the new tickets come they allow people to win .and after the sales go up the greatly reduce the prize payouts and the nuber of winning tickets.its a bait and switch tactic and should be investigated.

I don't know if anybody noticed this or not but last year in March on the same date i.e. the 23rd , the exact same numbers for the Win4 came up both draws midday and evening as the numbers for last night! What the heck are the odds of that? I guess about the same as the deck reshuffling twice with triple 7's and triple 1's. What a scam!

The deal with BDB here in Florida was rotten, as noted above. Couldn't scratch them, the coating was indeed awful-- and they closed the game with more than $150,000,000 in top prizes left between the million and ten million dollar prizes. Total scam.
