Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I think they just removed them from the website because they are not considered a top prize . I recently received an instant liability report for the game and it confirms that there are still 4 of the $1M/$50k prizes left. Their webmaster is a joke.
On a side note, I am also interested in the $20 $10k/week for life game. I'm curious to see the top prize odds and if they have a substantial second place prize. If the odds are not terrible, that may all but put the old $20 L4L to rest.

Will Any Lottery Offer a $100 Instant Scratch Off Ticket?
Your observation is spot on, the overall average odds tend to get better as the price increases. However, there are limits to how low a game can go without nearly every prize being a break-even or barely above that.
Texas had a $50 ticket awhile back, from what I recall, with odds better than 1 in 2 at 1 in 1.99. Needless to say many players felt ripped off after seemingly every winner was $50 or $70 and rarely anything more. Later Texas $50 games have gone the other way to 1 in 2.52 and high

Pacattack revised STRAIGHTS
Crystal Ball? Never said I had one. Take a chill pill King Ben. It's a basic term any business person or gambler should know. If you don't know your ROI, how do you know your percentage of winnings vs losses? By guessing? Take your systems run them through a month or two or more and see what your ROI is. I will say in sincere earnest it is not positive. If it is, I'd like to see the stats behind it. You can talk a good game, anyone can. They will always tell how they're winning or how much they

Pool Lottery
I run an office pool and we usually buy about $50-60 worth of tickets when the jackpots for PB or MM exceed $250M. The overall odds never change on the game, but I would never spend $50-60 on PB or MM by myself. As a pool, you are buying more chances to win. The only downside is that the prize is diluted which may not matter if everyone is still walking away with $10M+ each.
Also, someone else alluded to strategies. From what I can tell, the PB and MM winners have either used QPs or selected

Hot Lotto replacement "Lotto America" rolls out in November
Came across some info on the coming Lotto America game, which kicks off in November. Looks like it will be offered in all current Hot Lotto states except for New Hampshire which will join later on. Not sure if anyone has posted on this game yet but below are some specifics:
A new version of Lotto*America will begin on November 12, 2017, replacing Hot Lotto.
The new version of Lotto*America will be $1 per play, and will be drawn Wednesdays and Saturdays in a similar fashion as Mega Mil

Which scratch off tickets?
The factor calculation shows that the odds of winning a top prize are higher, around the 7.69 times higher mark than when the game was originally printed.
For example: if the odds of winning a top prize were 1:960,000, they would now be 1:124,837
We consider any of the top three prize tiers a 'top prize'.

Mega Billions?
Back when the odds of winning were 1 in 175 million MM sold enough tickets without producing a winner to generate a cash jackpot of $474 million. The probability of that happening was the sae as the probability of selling enough tickets without a winner to generate a cash jackpot of $698 million with the current odds of 1 in 258 million. Based on the current cash/annuity ratio a cash value of $698 million would be advertised as $1.13 billion, so it's clearly possible that MM could reach $1 billi
