Honestly, that's a great return. $245/$600 is the minimum. Thankfully, you encountered a really good book. =) 21/60 tickets is also better than 1 in 3, significantly better than the game's overall odds.
I found a couple spots with really old books. One place has the 2MJ in the 20k range, very old book. They have two books in that range, and I wouldn't advise touching them because they're too low and not in the final GP range. I also found a location with a Super Millions book in the73k

Illinois lawmakers call for investigation into lottery
The firms said that even if all grand prizes were not awarded in games, the odds of winning were the same for each individual ticket.
Huh?
What about for the games where no grand prizes were issued?
The odds were ZERO chance in those cases...

Again, no first or 2nd place winner(s)!
The reason I don't play the smaller drawings anymore is because PB and MM massively jacked up the odds on the 2nd place prize. For MM, it used to be 1 in 3.9M for $250k which would be multiplied if you paid the extra dollar. Not great odds, but workable. Now its 1 in 17M for $1M.
PB used to be 1 in 5.3M for $1M. Now it is 1 in 11M which is terrible given the tickets are $2 each. I'll play once it hits $300M+ and it worth throwing away the few dollars.
This was all done to make the games mo

Would you buy this scratch off?
Oh then FORGET that ticket..I didn't know the odds...they stink.
If the stores were out, it's the new ticket frenzy. Everyone likes new tickets and the states bring them out each month.
OP - find one with better odds.

Why does it seem that the people who already have good careers/money win big?
It's more likely because some of our members don't understand the next to impossible odds against them. It's true eventually PB and MM will produce jackpot winners, but not every drawing, every week, or even every month. After playing Ohio Lotto games for years with odds less than 14 million to one it was clear to us how difficult winning PB or MM is.
Another possible reason is if they don't win, they find fault with how the real winners spend their prize somehow hoping their criticisms will

2017 PA Millionaire Raffle With Six EARLY BIRD Drawings!
Just as an FYI... The Florida Lottery is running a holiday raffle too. It's quite similar to PA's, 750,000 max tickets sold, 4 winners of one million dollars, and tickets cost 20 bucks a pop.
They've got six Early Bird drawings going too, except the three winners of that only win $10,000. They've been selling tickets at a 10,000 per day clip (70,000 per week) so the odds to win 10 grand are about 70,000 to 1.
Compare that to PA's 5,900 per day and about 40,000 to 1 odds to win 50 Grand....

Tackling Thoth...
Awesome. Would you happen to know any other Odds of the Pick 3 threads, or anyone I should look up that
always gave us different percentages and odds and stuff like that? I'm kinda working on a few things at once
and hoping to make them all work together.

To put those numbers in perspective again...
There's a maximum of 13,500 $2,000,000 Jackpot tickets remaining assuming there's 60 tickets left in each active book, which we know isn't the case since those books are open.
Assuming the last jackpot is out there, the odds would be 1 in 13,500 of hitting it. Not bad if you ask me, but quite a gamble. Still, if the $10k, $5k, and $1k prizes out there would also serve as an incentive buying that ticket. As of August 30th, there were 9 $10,000 pr

I've been purchasing one 10M Fortune daily and one Gold Rush Doubler daily for a few weeks.
10M Fortune the most I have won back is $30, most losers
Gold Rush Doubler I either hit 10x $2 or losers
Both scratchers suck beyond imagination, but I keep trying hoping for a win seeing the advertised odds are good. I'm thinking the advertised odds are a scam at this point though.

For sure!
From what I can see, there's: 72 active books, and 221 books listed as received/in stock. The supply is very small, and if the last jackpot is out there the odds of hitting it is likely much better than any other game at the moment. Well, debatable because $2,000,000 jackpot might have comparable or better odds. The number of books received is likely much lower than that. I'd be shocked if there's more than 100 books that are listed as received that are actually buyable.
