I think ball machines should also fall into the pseudo random category, like computer rng. If you knew the parameters of the rng, the results could be predicted. Lmao, this would be an amazing commercial. Honestly, even with the great odds at hitting $500 I might play other games. I decided to play scratchoffs today, and got alot of random tickets from $5 Price is Right (finished off a roll with the last 5 tickets), many random $5 Platinum 7s, several $20 Gold Rush, and $25 Misfortune. Ironically, I bought 4 $25 Misfortune tickets. All four were winners, returning a total of $215. It is very rare I have that type of return on a $25 ticket. I lost alot

blah. I was excited to hear about a new 20 dollar gold rush. but not anymore. why do they keep raising the jackpots on the 20 dollar games to 5 mil? I am quite sure the new odds will be terrible to win 500 and the like. ill be very shocked if its better than 1:300. I even wish they lowered the jackpot to 1 or 2 mil on a 20 $ game and added a lot of medium wins such as really good odds to get 100, 200 and 500 dollar wins.

There is a core group of MM players that purchase around $16 tickets every drawing and the sales as the jackpot approaches $100 million suggests other players are now purchasing tickets and/or some of the core group is buying more tickets. PB core group of players on average purchase less tickets than MM when the jackpot is under $100 million, but it's a $2 ticket. @kamba krissam - it is hard for me to recommend a $10 ticket because the $2M Monopoly hit two top prizes recently, ditto with the $10 Crossword and I think the $5k L4L to prize is going to be closer to the 380k-390k range given a top prize per 100k rolls. If you are looking at $20 tickets, you can venture with the $20 Flamingo, but it is a very unforgiving game.
