Dr Miracle pick 3 althorithm help me win big.
Why? Because it works?
Well, at least it seems to work. I waas taught in math class that random is random and can't be predicted. OTOH, looking for patterns, I do see some short term patterns that are working out to tilt the odds in my favor. I've seen enough to be pretty sure it's possible to beat the game odds by at least a bit. What still needs more study is whether these patterns are strong enough to beat the house advantage.
hot/cold numbers, even/odd patterns is all, no pyramids or

If you buy two tickets in a row could both of them be winners?
Completely random.
Usually, winners are spread out. I've found back to back losers worse than the game odds before. For example, I've found 8 back to back losers on a $25 ticket here in Florida. The game odds are 1 in 2.88. I've also found 4-5 back to back winners on a $25 ticket before.
Usually, I'll notice it hold true to winners being spread out. This definitely isn't always the case, and there are hot rolls sometimes in which there may be numerous winners in a roll that pay

Odds? 2 of 3, pick 3
These kinds of things are fun to think about. I now see what I have wrong here. This is the odds if you simply picked 2 distinct digits that they would both show up somewhere in the three picked. When you add in that you get to pick an additional digit and you are just looking for any of the two to hit tge odds should get better right?
Pretty sure only still.
Serge, can you explain your math on yours?

How do we know that the drawings are happening live?
I've said it before, I'll say it again.
When we're discussing games with odds like Lotto, MM, or PB, or even Cash 5, they don't need to fix or rig anything. The odds do that for them. Even daily games like Pick 3 and Pick 4. It's pretty hard to hit those games with a straight or boxed on a consistent basis. Or even once in a while.
Now, with RNG states, it's been shown it's possible. But, it's gonna be a lot harder for someone now because lotteries with RNG's really have their guard up.

Playing PB less
The cost and odds have lead me to only play when pot reaches high amount (Around 200M)
Usually 2 lines ($4)
Just bought a ticket today for next drawing
I prefer Mega since its still $1 and slightly better odds though I imagine Mega will try to follow PB into $2 cost soon enough especially after the media attention/ect PB got after 1.5B jackpot

To strategize or not to strategize? That is the question
Most gambling is based on conditions set by a bettor; making bets like pass line for Craps, even for Roulette, banker for Baccarat. favorite sports team etc. With lottery games, players can set a condition the pick-3 drawing will have mostly even number and the odds are much lower if the conditions are met . With jackpot games with a huge matrix, there are just too many combination so more filters are necessary.
The number of filters and which type depends on how many combos a player wants to

To strategize or not to strategize? That is the question
Then how do we know the difference between our odds were improved vs we were lucky?
It makes sense to me that if some balls were heavier, you should filter those out and your odds will be improved.
But filtering out equally likely balls then saying they weren't equally likely because I got it right is confirmation bias.

North Carolina: 2/1 - 2/29/2016
Just like any new game (scratch or #'s) TNSH, it will be good in the beginning so they get people to play, then will taper off to nothing or go in spurts. I will be playing VERY little rest of the month till new tix come out next month. Hang in there man, you are just frustrated like many of us.
Doubt I will play with these kind of odds: (from the site)
Odds are 1 in 30 million to win the top prize and 1 in 1.8 million to win the second prize. NC will be the 20th state lottery to offer
