Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle
Florida has actually done raffles in the past. They stopped for a few years because their last 2 raffles (before this one) were actually busts. One of them actually resulted in a financial loss to the Florida lottery (only about 2/3 of tickets sold and they were giving away scratch-off tickets and t-shirts to boost sales near the drawing date). I think that is why they waited a few years to have another one.
I do agree that the odds for a $1M prize cannot be beat. There may not be any real s

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Thanks yellow!
GA Lottery has put out 4 new games that all look crappy. The Shimmering Cash $20 ticket does not have any prizes over $500 except the jackpot which is 1:1.6 mill odds. Even winning $500 is 1:1,100. The $25 million Payout game has the same 1:1.36 mill odds to win $25,000 as it does $250,000. They just keep pumping out more junk. I will stick to the older games but at this rate a barely want to play anything. Winning prizes of $500 and less are a bore now. You spend almost $500

Random Questions
Concerning hot/cold numbers:
I have a simulator that relates to this idea.
The simulator sets up a series of 10,000,000 flags based on odds.
For example, if odds of 2 : 1 are used, 5,000,000 flags are set in random positions.
Then I count the number of consecutive flags set starting at each of the 10,000,000 positions.
I tried pasting the output here, but it becomes unreadable.
Upshot is, you get 0 hits in a row 5,000,000 times. This is because 5,000,000 flags do not get set. T

New Powerball
I'm still in every draw. I play one tic. I wasn't winning much before the change, so I don't care. I don't play for the small prizes. I play for the jackpot or second prize. They're both life changing.
Everybody is bitching about the odds but I see it like this. My state lotto is almost 1 in 26 million. PB's second prize is what, about 1 in 11 million. MM's second prize is 1 in 18 million. Still better than the state lotto odds. They are ALL high, high, high. If I'm playing my state lotto,

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
It'll be a bit still before it's time for another jackpot to come around, so I've been off them since that kid won in Pensacola. In the third week or so of November I'll start picking them up again. I've purchased many $20GR tickets and have yet to see a $500. That's all I was really after with it. I've gotten several $100s (and lower wins), but the elusive gold bar has yet to find me. I know other members have said they hit many, many more $500s on GRT for effectively the same number of tickets

Mr. Gray's statement is correct on the destruction or deactivation of the books. Remember, places like Publix move old rolls out quickly when new games come in. 11,000 rolls is not that many when you consider that there are 18,000+ retailers who sell lotto tickets. If just half of them sent back in partial rolls when a new game came out ($25 Florida Cash), that accounts for most of the deactivated rolls.
I am still buying the 100X when I find them, but the odds are fairly low that there are a

florida 25 doller scratch tickets is a scam
Your friend sounds like a liar.
The odds of buying 200 tickets on that game and never winning more than $25 are about 1 in 10,978,885,421,922,800,000
Furthermore, every pack of scratch-offs has a guaranteed low-end prize structure (commonly referred as GLEPS), which means it contains at-minimum a certain prize value according to state law for that lottery's payouts and the odds of that game. Draw games do not have this luxury of lower variance, but the operators tend to structure their scr

what is the chance of striking.
The Toto Singapore lottery is a typical 6/49 game. An additional ball is drawn from among those not drawn to improve lower prize tiers.
In a 6/49 game the odds of 6 winning numbers falling among any group of 12 is 1 in 15,134.
The odds of winning a 6/12 game are 1 in 924. Divide by the number of unique lines purchased.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I have not played in over a month. I quit and lost interest. Today the new $20 came out and I looked on the website to research. Wow the new $20 is a joke! Absolutely disgusting odds. But hey, at least they are finally honest at the $100 odds (1-in-32.43) - We all knew the so called 1-in-30 they used to claim was a lie.
Better chance of being hit by lightening in Florida than winning more than $100 on this piece of sh!t

The Real Reason Why The Powerball Lottery Game Jackpot Will Be Impossible To Win At Odds Of 1:292M
All or Nothing is 1 in 4.5 and six combos should produce at least on hit. The problem is that one hit will probably be the price of the ticket.
There aren't many games that have odds of 1:4.5 of winning the price of their ticket, I would like to see more games like that rather than pushing large jackpots. Rolling Cash5 with overall odds of 1:9 of winning a dollar is the only thing close to that in this area. I think if Classic Lotto paid even $5 for a match3, it would be a more popular game
