According to my retailer there is a new national lottery game coming
Winning Millions of $$$ - very cool rcbbuckeye- going on tv- not cool, at least not for me. Out here in California, we have a $20.00 scratcher game and the odds are as follow. Top prize is $5 mil (total 14)- odds 1-2,400,000, as of now 8 of those have been claimed, 6 remain, then the next line down is $100,000 ( total 56) so far 33 have been won 23 are still out there..Is it worth $20 a pop?- l don't know.

1-2-3-4-5 PB 6 If these numbers were drawn. How would you react?
If my memory serves me right, twice maybe more I believe in the Florida Fantasy Five. The odds are about 376,000 to 1, and that's why it's happened. In bigger games like PB, it'll take much much longer to occur. In smaller odds game like p-3 and p-4, it happens all the time. Shouldn't this topic be like the fundamentals of lottery 101? Geesh, I'm astounded by this. And i don't even study the JP games for crying out loud. No wonder so many believe they will win the JP one day, now it all m

The new odds for Mega Millions have been a failure!
..So l guess you telling us that winning the Mega Millions jackpot is too easy . By the way how many times have you won the MM since they raised it to 256 million odds?- if not, what are your present chances of winning at ....... the odds over 500 million to 1. 2 hoppers with 44 balls each drawing the usual 5 1

Massive Ohio Lotto jackpot finally won
It's not the game itself. Here in Texas our Lotto game has odds almost 1 in 26 million. It's been hit twice this year. The first was Jan 1st with a jackpot of 12 million. Most recently on May 31st with a jackpot of 36.25. It has never in my recollection gone as long as Ohio's. It's more about how many tickets are sold. It would seem that there aren't that many people playing Classic Lotto. RJOh pointed out that Ohio has been running a MM promo lately that probably hurt Classic Lotto sales.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Much appreciated for posting up the odds for Wheel of Fortune $10 game and it is a different payout structure than the CA Gold. It is essentially 1/2 of the top prize jackpot taken and distributing over the more common TICKET to $200 prizes. I will play this game since you'll get more of your money back while playing over the lifetime of the game. Not sure for the reason of dislike. 1 in 1.2 million is improbable odds, what difference does 1 in 2.4 million (this game) or 1 in 3.6 million (Luc

Lottery Players Need Time And Money To Win The Lottery.
Time equals money to win the lottery is related to your pet peeve where over time someone from a large group of people finally correctly predicted the winning PB numbers and bonus numbers, but didn't play, possibly because of the cost. With the current matrix, we probably won't see a $1 billion jackpot because of the amount of tickets purchased when when it starts to reach $500 million. The Ohio Classic Lotto was opposite because ticket sales held steady in the 300,000 range but over time (two a

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Despite the painful experiences with those losses, thanks for sharing as you've played a much larger sample than I have. I did not want to share that I bought 5 of those 5MJP tickets last week thinking my luck would change but I lost on all of them. Tickets 9 - 13. I kept track of my playing stats when I joined this forum, and I've once lost 6 in a row in that game when I bought 10 tickets. Now my ROI is now under 50%, Normally $1000 bankroll can last 4 months of weekly ten ticket play for $5 an

My guess is $10 Wheel of Fortune odds will be same as CBE, DM, 1MF. Seems they change the look of the games but not so much the odds. The lower priced Wheel of Fortune games I have no idea.

How can the lottery Mm and Pb even out the odds of other places winning?
The odds of matching three MM numbers plus the bonus are almost the same a picking a pick-4 number straight and the payoff is $50 compared to $5000. But it's not a well kept secret because they are betting $1 to win millions in MM compared to only $5000 making the odds irrelevant. The question here is about five number matches and not every player knows each individual state is responsible for all secondary prize payoffs. In the example I gave, there was less than a 1% chance of N.D. having a

if a lottery official's kid won either the PB/MM jackpot. ..
I'm assuming the term lottery official applies to people working directly for a state lottery ie. those making the decision and not necessarily the people selling the tickets. Quite a few LP members and probably a majority are demanding total anonymity for jackpot winners and if that happens, we will never know if lottery employees, including the director and the person supervising the drawings or people living under the same roof won a jackpot. The argument could be made that in this case,
