They are also going to have 20 runner up prizes of $100,000 towards a house. The article is inaccurate. The odds of winning when each team is given equal (50/50) chance of winning are 1 in 263 That's quintillions. Depending on the picker, the actual odds are much better, but still in the billions/trillions.

What a sad example of logic you propose. Yes they are oblivious to the odds. They really don't grasp it, as you. It's really easy, but you and others make it more difficult. The odds of you being eaten alive by a lion while sitting in a roller coaster seat is extremely unlikely to happen to 99.9% of citizens living in the U.S. in their lifetime. If your definition of negativity is TRUTH, then I'm not the one with the problem.

Chris, only one place near me has frenzy left. I bought 7 of them and evened out. Was really hoping for a $500 The reason I asked about these odds as they are now is because youtube user lotteryproject put a video up claiming you can do well with games that are almost done with some top prizes left and showed how to recalculate those odds. That said, I'm gonna stick with the gold rush game for a bit see how it pans out lol

OK, I'll bite. I do some calculations on tickets remaining, but I don't think it's really beneficial to your chances of winning. The odds of the game are set in the original printing, and don't really change much as the game progresses. As you noted, there is inherent inaccuracy of the posted remaining prizes.
