With new MM will some people buy 15 tickets hoping to get Powerball number?
The winner is random so there are probably just as many first timers or those who rarely play as there are faithful players. I play only when jackpot is high because in the absurdly astronomical unlikely to ever happen event that I DO win, I want it to be worth the time and money spent playing. Why waste money on such terrible odds unless the payoff is going to be really great??? People think that playing every draw somehow magically improves their chances of winning, but that couldn't be furthe

Accurate & Profitable Texas Pick 3 Predictions
I don't play Pick3 anymore but when I did I would usually box single combos for cold digits. I tried not to spend too much since the payoff isn't great, but at times wheeled up to 35 tickets. Really the only 'guaranteed' way of winning 80% of the time would be to buy 80% of the combinations every draw, but of course that would lose more money than gained. When I do play the daily games now I just do pairs in Pick4....odds of 1:100 to win $50 vs Pick 3 odds of 1:167 to win $80...difference do

How to make $42,900 playing pick 3 in 3 days. Starting with just $200
i did a deeper quick eye test and backtested this on Ohio, there were a few times where dirty numbers and doubles hit 5 or 6 in a row, but the norm was 2 or 3 .... and it seems if you wait for 2 in a row, you can get paid jumping on it for the 3rd drawing, but the even safer money is if you wait til 3 dirty or doubles in a row and then jump in ...but i think betting progressively would be the key here, and bank... because if you jump in after the 3rd dirty one and another dirty one or double hit

Tickets for updated Mega Millions game on sale Saturday
lol golfer when I say C(75,5) it means N choose K, or 75 choose 5.....how many ways (combinations) of 5 out of 75. It's part of how the odds are figured. You can see how they are calculated yourself here: http://www.lottonumbers.net/lotto-odds-calculator.asp?Lottery=Mega-Millions-From-October-22nd-2013 Just click on the Show/Hide for each tier and it will explain the math. The new Megaplier has six 5 s, three 4's, four 3's and two number 2's.

Replaying with money won.
I would invest the majority of the winnings safely, or buy a home or payoff a mortgage. Continue playing the same level as I was before the win. Odds aren't in your favor to gamble the winnings on more tickets with the hopes of winning more. I wouldn't do it. $600,000.00 not a chance in hell lol!! Most people NEVER see a check that big. Odds. Not. Good. LOL......off soapbox!!

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Much appreciated for this information. I am sure those places have much credibility as people are supersitious to play where most winners are, e.g. Bluebird Liquor (that is not in Orange County). If the odds of winning $500 are set at 1 in 420, an average of 14 rolls (30 per roll) to get one ticket that has a $500 win. Probably they sold well over that amount. Ironically I cannot see the reason that Diamond Millionaire is hated, its the same payout structure as the $1 Million Fortune that you

I'm changing my playing style for a month
I play Classic Lotto more often than either PB or MM. Better odds of winning the jackpot, and I'd be thrilled with that amount of money. Yeah, I wouldn't turn down hundreds of millions in a bigger jackpot, but the Classic Lotto jackpots would be more than enough for me. I like playing the Rolling Cash 5 when the jackpot rolls higher too. $200-$300K would still be a life changing amount of money for me, and Rolling Cash 5 has much better odds to at least get your money back for the drawing.

$20 Scratch Off Tickets
i have done it twice. both times, just less than 50% payback. i have a friend who has done it twice as well, he hit a 10k winner on one roll, otherwise, almost the same odds (less than 50%). you are playing for that ONE big ticket - otherwise you just get lost in the odds. i seem to do better just buying 3 at a time of each game. it is fun and worth trying if you can. best of luck!

$189 MILLION: Mega Millions jackpot rolls again
You doubt it? So you're sticking with your prediction of 2 JP wins a year? Ummm...OK. MM does a few billion a year in revenue, this is no small time state lotto 6/49 game. I'll bet they know a little bit more about the market reaction than you do. They did provide better overall odds of winning any prize, as well as increased megaplier. And the chances of winning the JP dollar for dollar, $2 on PB versus $2 on new MM, isn't much of a difference at all. Any I don't think it's necessary to c
