I hope to achieve similar results. Based on the odds winning $25 is almost the same as $100. Not sure how the odds work on the scratchers these days, particularly the 20X Crossword $10 game where $100 is easier to win than $60 or $75.

What you so very expertly described in your second paragraph is called coverage by lottery officials. If 50% of all the possible 175 million combinations have been purchased ( covered ), then there's a 50% chance someone will win the jackpot.
