Good luck RJOh. But to answer your question, I would say yes it does. For the last 2 months, I've been using 2 filters that, together, eliminate approximately 7.7 million combinations from Hoosier Lotto's 12.2 million total combinations. They are accurate 95% of the time. So in essence, yes, it can. The problem with jackpot games is massive odds to begin with.
